  • at 5:56 get the fuck off my leg nigga

  • I will admit it is kind of sad to see a baby moose being attacked by wolves, but that's nature, no one can change it. Plus he's in a national park, its illegal to interfere with situations like this, by law all you can do is watch.

  • this was great!! i have a pack that lives by my cabin. i cant wait to see this for myself. thank you.

  • TO: All who hate the reality of nature: Your damn retarded live with it, it's nature, guess what happens when you eat meat? that's right same thing that wolf is doing just in a different way. WE ALL HAVE OUR WAYS OF SURVIVING ON THIS EARTH! oh yeah and one more thing, I COULD MASTURBATE TO THIS!!! thanks for your time.

  • I LOVE watching the amazing skill of true predetors take down the weak! the rest of these queers need to shut the piss up or be in prepared to be hunted down themselves!

    PUSSIES

  • @gadsbee22 You are a faggot!

  • Comment removed

  • @gadsbee22 So you don't like seeing reality? You think Nature should be "cleaned up" to look like a nice Disney movie so it doesn't upset you?

  • Absolutely amazing footage. Evolution in action.

  • which one is alpha?

  • Smoke a pack a day!

  • "DUDE i cant believe we witnessed this dude!" -Kid whispers in the background. "HUSH!"

  • o.k Im 35 years old male from Iraq I faced death twice ,and I just f@cking cried watching this video I mean literally with tears.

  • @moe80ca good for you

  • @gadsbee22 This is the most ignorant comment I've ever read in the 5 years I've been using youtube. Congratulations.

  • this is awful.i have no words

  • Omg... 0.o Sad video.. i like animals, and i know that is the nature. but i be very angry when i see u guys just sitting there and do nothing. Just think it cool :S I know its hard to do something to help the moose. Iv go on hunt. but never seen that before.. i know that is what a wolf have to do, to live. but omg, thats sad... :/

  • Kickback at 5:57 was epic

  • Nature is fucking cruel. I wonder why people complain about how nature is perfect and how they want to be a wolf. Man, a wolf is lucky if it doesn't get hurt during a hunting day.

  • You should be ashame of youself to wacth this and do nothing ......

I am a canadian hunter and a dead wolf is a good wolf...

YOU who'm ever tape this would is a coward and no good for fuck all... Stand up for the calf moose you chicken shit.... It is a good thing I was not there Cause all the wolf would have died in a matter of seconds....or threw YOU in there to see how it feels to be eating alive you no good for fuck all. PIECE OF SHIT

  • @HPPGY You can't shoot animals in the park...so....

  • @HPPGY You must be either utterly ignorant or out of your fucking mind.

  • @HPPGY your a loser

  • @HPPGY Says the guy who kills things for fun. Hypocrite.

  • You are a lying peice of shit! the only thing you hunt is helpless children! Canadian ses it all!

  • Amazing video! Absolutely nothing "cruel" about it, just some beautiful animals trying to stay alive.

  • Next time, can you please buy a cam with image stabilisation please?

  • @DrJay333 Here's an idea, YOU buy the camera, pay to go to Denali and try and get it yourself.

Excellent video, you are so fortunate to see this! I went there in early September. We saw a lot of cool stuff, but nothing this cool!

  • Incredible footage, that's nature. Intervene? I've never heard such a ridiculous comment. No doubt it came from a concrete walker.

  • wolves have to do what wolves have to do all i have to say. also i love wolves so i don't mind watching this and another reason why i don't mind this is that it's a circle of life in the wild either you live or you die and to live something usually has to die

  • feel bad for that little moose

  • how many fucking pictures can you possibly take

  • mother fucker

  • you could not do nothing for try to save them you suck mother fucker

  • time to shoot every last one of them wolves. smoke a pack aday save thousands of elk and moose. think of it if you woulda shot those wolves that baby moose never woulda died and you coulda made over 1000 bucks for all the hides

  • @1989s10redneck Wolves are gorgeous creatures trying to stay alive and feed like you and me and all you care about is the money? Go get in the video and become the moose, I'll be the wolf and and take you down how 'bout it?

  • Great video! Thank you for not interrupting nature when it is happening. Just like on Animal Planet or National Geographic, the reason why they did not do anything is because a trained and well educated animal biologists or veterinarians express that your not suppose to interrupt nature.

  • You could sell this video to national geograpic or discovery. Anyway, look the teamwork of Wolves. They are so smart!

  • sell more wolf tags, save our wildlife!

  • Lol one of the tags is pets, anyway thanks for the epic video got to love nature. Btw for all hater freaks out there FYI this is life get use to it

  • The igonrance I see in people's comments on youtube videos is astounding. This is a rare glimpse at one of the harsh realities of nature. Wolves have thier place in the ecosystem, and like every other animal, predator and prey, they have to eat. The suggestion that anyone should have intereceded is ludicrous.

  • @Nutripie i 100% agree.

  • @wwejheaton And hey genius, u spelled genuise wrong asshole.

  • @Wwejheaton no shit shirlock, but its a unrealistic and corny movie. This one vid clip is better then that whole movie.

  • @jkrizzyboston you also spelled Sherlock wrong, just an observation

  • This is how the circle of life works. The more we as humans intervene the more trouble WE cause. Great job capturing nature in the raw.

  • This is a good example of why the movie 'the grey' was bullshit. This is how wolves really r, they go for smaller prey as a pack. They wouldnt have attacked a group of 6-7 ppl, especially with the loud crash of the air plane and fire everywhere. They wouldve stayed away. Only time wolves might be a threat is if u were by urself in the woods.

  • @jkrizzyboston hey genuise it's a movie!!!!

  • its funny how that guys talking the whole time to his good friend "dude" and whenever the kid starts to talk hes like SHHHH QUIET rofl

  • so basically... bluelady208 is an idiot.

  • This was NOT something that needed to be recorded! I have hunted all my life and taken many animals for FOOD ONLY! With fish and game putting their nose in nature and breeding and moving wolves where they "think" there should be more...creates problems! They are already getting out of hand here in the northwest. Killing livestock and other animals, not for food...but just to kill. There are wolf kills everywhere that are left with most or all the meat still there.

  • @ablerepair68 Clearly that is not the case here. Nice story though.

  • after watching The Grey... im scared shitless of wolves

  • @shadowXP6 LOL IRK

  • That's life out in the wild. wolfs need to eat.

  • Awesome video! Thanks for sharing it!

  • It simply goes with the territory. We filmed a similar incident with a young bull at the Teklanika River crossing of the Park Road in 2000, same outcome. People yelling and screaming, showing us they really don't want to know where meat comes from or how it is obtained. Humans, understandably get angry when they are reminded that they are no more than just part of the food chain. Spend time alone OUT THERE, Alone, and you will remember. Wolves, bears, eagles, kill & eat small critters.

  • these wolves are the niggers of the hundred acre hood

  • Thats fuckinsad but thats fuckin Nature man wolves gotta eat too! they did well by calling in reinforcements.

  • Dude.. that was intense!

  • Btw 5vs1 is pretty fair play when the one is 10x stronger, one moose's shot kill one wolf, this is realy eki. Wolf take many risk just to eat, respect this.

  • i wouldnt mind if they came over there and ripped your windpipe out, actually thatd be very nice to see. after you just sit there when this happens, prick. fuck wolves and fuck you.

  • That calf didn't have a chance. Watching this I was wishing the whole time that the mother moose would land at least one crippling blow to a wolf. Valliant fight by mom!!! I wish I had been there before the bus got there with my rifle and my shovel. SSS Shoot Shovel Shutup.

  • This is the day to day happenings in nature. The only difference is there happened to be a tour bus with witnesses capturing it on video. Wolves need to eat, moose calves are easier to take down than a large moose so the pack goes after the calf. As far as stopping it, it was in a national park so not sure what anyone could have done. I would not get in the way of a pack of wolves intending on feeding nor would I want to be in the area of a upset Moose cow with a calf.

  • However 'saddening' this may be for some, it is beautiful knowing that real nature and its cycles exist. It is far more unsuitable seeing these animals stride back and forth in disgusting zoos.

  • the mom is doing more damage to the baby then the wolfs

  • Poor thing, it got stemp by his mom a lot of times...i think she killd him

  • The only reason this video piss's me off is because i don't know why the wolf pack didn't go after the big moose. More meat... And the little one could at least live his one life and grow up to defend himself. I couldn't imagine seeing my child eaten alive in front of me. Life is unfair. Simple truth.

  • @Trav2733 You are kidding, right? Wolves are smart, not stupid. They wouldn't ever risk injury going after a pissed off cow when they can take its calf instead.

  • Yeah what the footage shows is cruel but its definitely better than the biased garbage that National Geographic shows. If we are going to say that nature is cruel and acceptable that way, than we need to be consistent and accept humanity's responsitbility as the cruel breed which helps regulate wolf populations. Wolves are not noble, they are savage in order to survive and we shouldn't feel bad killing a couple to keep them from destroying other populations i their quest for survival.

  • Fuck nature, this kind of nature anyway. With intelligence, there is no need for animals to suffer like this. Not interfering? my ass. If there is one good thing about developing intelligence, is that it lets us fight against any kind of suffer, we should try to make the world suffer less. I'll tell you what is natural: what we do, what humans do, what we eat is natural, even if its made scientists, because humans come from nature, and humans can make the world better.

  • @AleixPellicer No Offence, but i disagree to a full extent. In my opinion, it's because of humans, that the worlds going to shit. Humans LOVE convenience. Everything we brought to the world was never NEEDED, it just made life a lot easier and faster while destroying everything in its path.

Humans CAN make the world a better place, but we don't. I just saw one and a half BILLION dollars go into a massive cruise ship, which could have been put into more useful and needed things.

    Im out of room=)

  • @SynnisterSpyder You know that there's the possibility that there could be an asteroid or a meteor that destroys the earth and all the life on it, right? We, as humans, have to fight to survive, and thats what we do. We're not going to destroy the earth with the pollution, we're just converting existing matter to another kind of matter and as long as we have the situation under controll and we keep developing technology it's all fine.

  • Beautiful

  • i am going to hunt on wolves

  • Very nice, nature is scary. But i like wolf, fuck the dumass moose let them die. Wolfs are intelligence beautiful animals. I hate people how hate wolfs. I would shoot people how hate wolfs. I will get a bid grey wolf one day.

  • @mobinmahmoudi the award for the most ignorant statement ever goes to... mobinmahmoudi!!!!! congratulations.

"fuck the dumass moose"....really? you seem to be a DUMBASS (yes, there is a b) so should the more intelligent people kill you? then you keep using how instead of who..... reaffirming my first point, and you said "wolfs are intelligence" great grammar sir.... So it seems by your logic, the more intelligent species should kill you! congratulations.

  • I would've shot those damn mother fucking wolves fucking 1839393 fucking times those fucking pieces of shit

  • @AlabamaPanda523 this is nature. You do realize people eat baby animals also right? does that mean you are also going to shoot everybody who has ever had a baby animal? Good luck on killing the entire world, yourself included.

  • @AlabamaPanda523 haha, angry much?

  • Damn nature you scary

  • Are the wolves teasing the mother after they got the calve?

  • @harrowgate lol, ignorant kid. I dont think you understand, this is NATURE. Humans do the same thing as these wolfs.

  • @harrowgate Your ignorance is frightening. SIMPLY FRIGHTENING. Nope, we were not in a SUV. Nor did we have a gun. We were on a tour bus (who are contracted by the US govt to work within the National Park - so, it's illegal for the bus operators to 'interfere' with the wildlife, and it also would have been quite illegal to fire off a weapon within a National Park.

  • @boonerthecat It is surprising what people think (if they think at all). I was lucky enough to be in Denali in 2009 and saw a wolf pack stalk a caribou - it was amazing! This is nature - this happens everyday - but it's hidden from most people. Or should I say many choose to ignore it. Thanks for posting!

  • @boonerthecat what a fancy nature talk :)

  • @boonerthecat Cars (nor their contents) aren't even allowed in parts of Denali. Most people probably don't even know that, but there it is.

  • @harrowgate There is nothing 'bad' happening here. This is nature, and the way life is. Wolves kill to eat. Simple fact.

  • @1verstreate1 well the truth is humans are part of nature too, we kill to eat just like wolves, so i see nothing wrong with someone taking an AR-15 and blastin the crap out of those wolves... thats just life:-) cheers!

  • @msptrit Well sure, if you're going to eat the wolves.

  • @1verstreate1 yup and they're good too with a side of yams

  • @harrowgate why the fuck would he do that ? this is nature you stupid idiot not some gay romantic illusion

  • Man, it's no fun to watch if it's not even a remotely fair fight...

  • Im not even Gunna say anything to the trucker that left a comment we already. Know there intelligence level

  • Your lucky you have YouTube to talk shit I'd knock you on your ass if you say that shit to my face. Obviousley you live in a state not affected by wolves. Where I'm from they slaughter elk left and right. Me and about everyOne else where I live aren't Gunna let this happen there won't be any elk left.your either clueless or an environmentalist. Either way your a dumbass

  • Thanks for being a dipshit

  • thanks for sharing

  • Well with wolves yeah. If you gut shoot them they just run off and die.. I do not care to fill a wolf tag. Just gut shoot ten and let em run off and die somewhere and say I never found em, then keep at em

  • @Hoehand66 Gut shooting anything is poaching you dumbfuck. Good job giving all hunters a bad name.

  • R.I.P My Apatite.

  • Great wildlife documentation. Thanks for sharing.

  • wolves are soooooooo powerful!

  • its the circle of life idiots, if it wasnt that calf it would have been some other animal or the wolves could have starved. Its not like they were doing it to cause pain but to survive and every animal has the right to fight for its life without humans intervening.

  • سبحان لله sbhan allah

  • Yeah way to not do anything you piece of shit, I'd shoot every fuckin one of those wolves and take them right to fish and game. I've been killing then left and right in Montana. And as for you you hippie Cunt I'd use you as the bait

  • @Hoehand66 the only good hunter is a gut shot one.

  • @Hoehand66 why would he do something? this is just a movie clip by nature law. moose had lost her calf, although he had not been there. so you should shut up for the wolves simply followed his instincts. and can agree that it was a sin of the calf, but the moose was not stand a chance against these hunters

  • @Hoehand66 I actually approve of the hunting of wolves, but I see nothing wrong with this video whatsoever.

  • @bluelady208 Those wolves have just as a much of a right to hunt as the moose does to protect its baby, and theres just as bad stuff on discovery channel so shut up you tree hugging hippie.

  • why is there collars on the wolves' necks?

  • lol idiots, why help the moose and not the wolves? This is good to see for children so they run when they see wild animals and don't try to snuggle it. :-)

Hell i'd do the same when i was caught in nature wihout anything to eat. But, lucky as i am im not so i eat some tasty veal now. YUMMY!

  • Shooting one of the wolves would have prevented it. I don't care what your opinions are, wolves are hell on game populations.

  • Great dad. You could have helped the baby moose by yelling at the wolves but instead, you let your kid see this? I hope when you are having to protect your child from a predator, someone won't tell their kid to keep quiet so you can watch this horror! Nice dad you are.

  • @bluelady208 And where do you suggest the wolves get their food?

  • @bluelady208 it's the circle of life. it's a once in a lifetime chance to see somthing as natural as that. the kid didnt have to watch.

  • @bluelady208 "Yelling at the wolves"??? Do you have any idea how ignorant you sound when you write something like that?!? Wow. I have no response other then that.

  • @bluelady208 Those are wolves. They eat moose. That's their food. There is nothing wrong with a wolf eating a baby moose (its been happening for tens of thousands of years at least). Who are you to tell someone to interfere with a wolf having a meal? It's not a horror, it's just wolves doing what wolves do.

  • @bluelady208 you expected the man to yell at a whole pack of wolves and scare them away from a meal?????????

  • @bluelady208

You're an idiot, its nature, survival of the fittest. Who is he to deny a pack of wolves their food?

This isn't society, this is the wild, there are no murders. Why would his kid be attacked by a predator you idiot? I why would you wish that on someone who just watched nature takes its course?

Look at all the shows on animal planet, when there are attacks, you don't hear the crew intervening to stop them. Idiot.

  • @bluelady208 Yeah, yell at the animals who need to feed THEIR OWN CHILDREN. They're simply trying to stay alive. Preventing a kill is like robbing a single mother and her 3 kids.

  • @bluelady208 LOL. you sound smart dude. I'm from Canada. not saying EVERYWHERE in Canada has wild life, but where I'm from I see wolves a lot. the LAST thing you want to to is yell at a pack of wolves...I'd rather fuck with a bear. lol.

  • @bluelady208 You must be retarded...

  • @bluelady208

You most likely protect your children from everything that might upset them. That thing is called life you know. In the end, you are the bad parent who hides behind overprotection because you are not able to deal with life yourself.

  • @bluelady208 Yeah, because wolves can just find their meals on the grocery shelf like everybody else. You have some twisted kind of idea of how life goes on outside human civilization.

  • @bluelady208 this is nature u retard. yelling at the wolves? do u know how stupid it sounds? as a good father u should explain ur son why the wolves need the meat there.. stupid person

  • @bluelady208 Wow, sad to see some people have lost complete touch with nature and reality. You should be ashamed.

  • I agree with 00Garza. Thank you for sharing.. as for the park setting up the radio collers so bus drivers can drive the tourists to watch, that is stupid. They just happened to be in the right place to see that. Most radio collars on wild life is to study their territory and distance traveled. Most usually don't have a GPS on them to pin point their location so that the the bus drivers can say, "Hey, the wolves are going to eat a moose calf, lets go and watch." It was pure luck

  • Wolves have Radio Collars so they can be tracked to give the wolf loving tourists to Denali National Park, Alaska a better view of a pack eating a moose calf. The Park has the tourists in Buses so they can be first on scene. Come to Alaska and watch the Number One Wolf versus Moose Calf Fight-to-the-Death in all of North America. Admission is $10. Buses daily. Great for Kids and with radio collars your view of nature death duels are more certain. It beats watching pit bull fights guaranteed.

  • @gerkins1 Somewhat comical (I hope that is what you were going for!), but 100% inaccurate.

  • can't you even hold the camera steady!? ARGH!

  • @MollyGrue1 Reasons the filming was NOT "steady": 1) bus was running for part of it 2) people jostling for best view and constantly bumping into each other 3) no tri-pod!! 4) this was a handycam, not a professional piece of equipment 5) nervous and excited to witness something that was truly 'once in a lifetime'!

  • poor baby ;( it was so cute <3

  • wow, that's amazing.

  • Lol! Just caught the Marty Stouffer comment at the end. Classic stuff man.

  • In nature there is no right and wrong, only survival. The moose calf dies so the wolves and their pups can eat and live. I am quite envious. Few ever get to witness nature like this. Thanks for sharing.

  • It is how nature intended things to be, a wolf cannot survive without food and I'm sure if a baby wolf cub depended on its mother bringing it food, we wouldn't mind that they had to kill the baby moose for survival. It is quite sad to see the baby and mum against these wolves as it looked so upsetting seeing the wolves close in further and further. I can understand why some people are complaining as its distressing to watch, but then again If you look at the outside world, this happens everyday.

  • Comment removed

  • sorry to say this but the way wolves attack strangely reminds me of how pety street thugs attack.. not calling the wolves pety or anything, just got remember how much i hate chavs lol

  • I would have gotten off the bus and done something...if the whole bus got off and did something other than sit on their asses, then they WOULD be able to scare off the pack...30+ humans vs. a few wolves....one human would obviously get killed but not 30 or so.

Nature is nature, but if I'm there...I'll do something. If not, then they can hunt and the mom can do her best alone.

  • STOP BITCHING BECAUSE NOBODY WOULD HAVE SAVED THEM AND ITS NATURE GET OVER IT

  • i would of opened fire on the wolves, a babys a babyand its sad,im not going to watch this as its sad

  • Love the video man. Thank you for sharing. And just want to add for the people who have comented on wolves killing there livestock for fun. They're not killing them for fun. They are tying to get as much food as they can at one time. And since domesticated animals can't get away from a wolf like a wild animal can. You can bet your ass they're gonna kill as many as they can. Oh and the Wolves were here long before your family decided to start ranching or farming, so suck it!

  • Wolves ought to be eradicated to extinction. They prey on livestock and allow sickos like this to ingrain his son with violence. Scripture says we should be wary of wolves and the best way to do that is just to wipe them out period.

  • @fvgdfbdokd Just how would you help the baby moose? By letting them eat you up? nomnomnom. Without wolves there would be no cute and loyal canine companions as we see today! (dogs) this is an natural instinct for a wolf. Your watching wolves hunt in the wild, not harming no human nor their livestock, so chill. They kill to survive we humans who misunderstand majestic creatures like wolves, hunt for sport. This is the way live is for a wolf and every animal, it's eat or be eaten. Get over it.

  • You sicko! Why didn't you help it! Don't even get me started on the fact you let your son see this! I never would have allowed that in my family and I would have stopped those wolves.

  • @fvgdfbdokd You're a fucking idiot with no idea what happens in nature. The only good hunter is a gut shot one.

  • @fvgdfbdokd I would have thoroughly enjoyed filming you make an attempt at stopping that pack of wolves! Now that, THAT would have received some serious YouTube response. I cannot even begin to tell you how ignorant your comments are.

  • @fvgdfbdokd Oh yea, like you're just going to go up to the pack of wolves and stop it? It's nature, deal with it.

  • @fvgdfbdokd It's called NATURE for a reason! That's the way life is. If you stop animals from eating other animals everyone dies. Get off your high horse and use what little brains you have to understand this simple way the world works.

p.s How the HELL would you have stopped those wolves? Hmmm? Please enlighten me.

  • @fvgdfbdokd your nothing but a troll....get out and help. are you for real?

  • @fvgdfbdokd you sound quite stupid, it's nature. Deal with it.

  • Reminds me of the game Capture the Flag.

  • As much as i hate seeing a cute baby moose get attacked and eaten, this is the fairest form of nature, no interference, afterall the wolves have themselves and cute little pups to feed also, not their fault god made them predators. This is perfectly natural and different from throwing weaker animals in cages for your personal enjoyment.

  • And thats how nature works kids!

  • I definately seen a collar of some sort on one of those wolves.

  • this is a great video of wildlife

  • Wolves are worthless...they all need to be shot! I understand nature is cruel..But If you grew up on a ranch were they kill ur calves and whatever else you understand what im saying. They Kill For Fun! needs to be stoped

  • @chrystalpink15

think you have it wrong.......it's humans who kill for fun

  • @kellyco11 lol and your a fuckin retardd! :)

  • @chrystalpink15 the true retard are you...no animal in this world kills for fun idiot!

  • this is nature, but still i felt sorry for the moose because he died only after many bites and stomps from his mother... he tried to fight for his life but at 5:45 he decided to fight no more... RIP little moose

  • Am I blind? Or did I see a tracking colar on one? Just curious. Great vid, btw.

  • @opticalo23 Collar*

  • Bottom line is that Nature is Cruel. That's reality. Mother moose put up a valiant fight but her calf was doomed from the outset. The wolves may appear to be the "villains" here but let's not forget that they are what is called "obligate carnivores;" they cannot survive on grass or vegetables. Nature has designed them as meat eaters and they must kill in order to survive. It's part of nature's balance, harsh as it may be, and it's best if we don't disrupt the balance in any way.

  • It's understandable to be shocked, since not everyone likes to see a baby moose torn to shreds. But what people don't seem to realize is that this thing(survival of the fittest) has been going on for millions and millions of years. You eat or get eaten. That's just the way nature has and always will be that way.

Also, interfering with wildlife is not allowed by law. Period.
