  • Herchey's is awful. Reese's is another story...

  • @wtfallnamestaken010 reese's are owned by hershey's...

  • The Audience is disgusting. Basically it would be like having a british celebrity on an American chat show, and constantly talking about how british people's teeth, and demanding that the british celeb admit how bad british people's teeth are.

That British don't get American humour at all.

  • @lostalex77 What?! You appear to have missed the humour of the British host... And yes, we do get American humour.

  • Hershey is the most delicious chocolate IN THE WORLD!!!!

  • The host was rude to her toward the end, but she just laughed it off. Amazing woman :)

  • @cutieboy24 I thought that he was just using sarcasm, and make light humor. lets face it every country is gonna think there choclate is better.

  • @daffodilZephyr sure, i believe he didn't do it intentionally, but there's a big different between "i believe mine is better than ours, you should try mine" and "yours is disgusting". Just my two cents anyway ;)

  • Im british and i find tina hillarious.. i dont think jonathan not getting the jokes is because hes "foreign" .. im sure there are plenty of people in america aswell that dont get some of her jokes different people have different senses of humor thats all.. and in regards to the sarah palin stuff off course were not gunna get it cz we barely know who she is and 2 shes such a terribly bland human. BUT LOVE TINA AND LOVE 30 ROCK <3

  • It's normal that sometimes foreign audiences don't understand certain humorous remarks. I live in a foreign country and sometimes don't understand the humour.

  • I love how the people that were in the porn movie ended up being on the show. :L

  • I'm American, and I thought the chocolate cracks were pretty funny :) It's called humor, people. He's not seriously trying to insult Tina!

  • yeah.... she was impersonating sarah palin when she said "i prefer the real america chocolate" relax everyone lol. but the americans and the british each have different a sense of humor.

  • Oh god. My gf is American (and sorta looks like Tina Fey) and I always taunt her about crappy American chocolate. Ross sounded like a dick here and it's like looking into a mirror.

  • That's so true! Hershey's IS distressing.

  • I've never seen him be this much of a jerk to someone. what's his deal?

  • Whatever. I love Hershey's. :P

  • im german and jonathan ross is soooo right about american chocolate, this may be the only thing tina fey is wrong about lol

  • British humour is insulting each other, that's how we are, it's not cruel it is banter! Just because we countries speak the same language does not mean we are the same people and have the same outlooks on life. If you go to france, would you expect everything to be the same? No! We speak the same language, we are however foreigners to each other. Don't waste the fact we can communicate effortlessly on trashing each others country. When you point a finger at someone, 3 are pointing back at you.

  • "blow your tiny mind"

    Assturd!

  • Jonathan Ross is a rude asshole. Tina deserves better treatment from him and the cracks against American Chocolate are uncalled for.

What do the English know about food anyway?

  • @bilgewater79 Its like you've never heard of Gordon Ramsey, Jamie Oliver or Nigella.....And calm down its only chocolate and we Brits didn't create everything although we almost have seeing as most Americans are descended from the UK so technically most American creations are in fact British...

  • @MileyG94 so, then, if Britain deserves credit for American creations, then you get the blame too. Sarah Palin, spam, monster truck racing...all Britain's fault! Obviously, though, that logic doesn't work, as America is an amalgamation of mult-national immigrants. My own genetic stew is French, English, Irish, Swedish, and American Indian. Ethnically, I'm nothing in particular except white, and the Welsh bit is just a drop in the bucket. We aren't slightly removed Brits; we're our own breed.

  • That Aaron Johnson looks like an uptight person.

  • I love her!

  • We have British chocolate brands in Canada. Thank God.

  • which british chocolate brands? Cadbury's is American now.

  • @lostalex77 Do you have Nestle in America?

  • @Emorkia yes, but Nestle isn't british.

  • Tina Fey has great legs.

  • "haha american food is bad... hahah..."

This is coming from the British?

  • @shawnw585 British food sucks, but he's right that the US is totally off on chocolate. It's milksugar at best...almost no cocoa, which is what makes chocolate chocolate!

  • What the fuck is wrong with you people? Wash your ears out or something. The audience IS laughing. They are not whooping like overexcited school children because they are not a US audience.

Second point: 90+% of this audience have never heard of her (which I agree is their loss).

If you really want to watch a train-wreck see Jonathan's interview with Sarah Silverman who the Brits find about as funny as a wet fart in a sauna..

  • I will only like this because tina is here if she wasnt I would dislike it!

I *Literally* kill to personally see tina fey! this audience isnt worthy of her

  • It's weird that people aren't laughing at her jokes... because she's always hilarious.

  • and here I was thinking couples all over the world liked to go out on dates

  • the beautiful silence at 3:59 when she eats the chocolate. im soo hungry now

  • What a relief, that is was Swiss, not British chocolate he gave her...

  • Tina Fey = Awesome.

    I'm English and I think she's hilarious! :)

  • Mark Wahlberg, is a small turd, and Imma step on him like dog shit...

  • Comment removed

  • Im English and i think shes hilarious! those particular people in the audience are just sad pricks that need a slap

  • I've seen the 30 Rock A XXX Parody! LOL! xD

And, is it me or do the Brits sometimes not get her humor? At times it seems like it flew right over their heads. The "I prefer the real America chocolate," that was more of the Sarah Palin impersonation for you guys right there. IMO I think it deserved more laughs but, in defense of the Brits, they have the Prime Minister, Parliament and the Queen so Sarah Palin is like whatever to them. Actually, come to think of it-she's whatever to us too! xD Haha!

  • "I gonna fight you Jonathan. I am gonna physically fight you!"

  • Tina Fey = universal win. The American v Brit chocolate argument is hilarious!

    "HOW DARE YOU." XD

  • Why is 30 Rock not on a mainstream channel in the UK instead of the some of the terrible British sitcoms we have at the moment like My Family and Green Green Grass? There is certainly an audience for more intelligent humour, just look at the success of Ricky Gervais' 'The Office'.

  • why did they cut out the clip? :p

but i loved that movie.. it was great. saw it at the drive in

  • "Suck on it."

"HOW DARE YOU!" LOL I love Tina.

And is asking Tina if she wants ham a real question? For someone who supposedly LOVES Liz Lemon that was an awfully stupid question! ;)

  • I love how Jonathan seems in love with Tina... who wouldn't, right?

  • i love her so much/ home grown crack

  • i love her so much

  • WHY WOULD YOU NOT GIVE TINA THE HAM?!?! ARE YOU SURE YOU'VE SEEN HER SHOW?!?

  • haha

"im gonna fight you jonathan. im gonna physically fight you".

  • OMG HE IS SO RIGHT ABOUT AMERICAN CHOCOLATE!!

  • Swiss and Belgian chocolates are the best in the world.

  • i agree about hersheys chocolate. i miss english chocolate so much since i moved!

  • Tolle Beine!

  • @jg0582

TF: And we're eating this to celebrate the death of Jesus.

JR: Yeah we are *chuckles* and the return I believe.

    TF: And the return.

JR: And the sequel. *Tina eats* Just suck on it, let it melt in your mouth a little.

    TF: How dare you.

  • What they say between 03:50 and 04:00 ? please

  • Oh yeah, and I LOVE YOU TINA FEY! She is my hero.

  • As if everyone wasn't cracking up when she was doing the Palin voice.

I'm 15 and from Australia, and even I got the whole Sarah Palin situation

  • 4:00 insanely quick wit from tina

  • @w00tsville yes a cock joke very witty

  • Reading all these comments on chocolate and were you come from is making me laugh my socks off. Who cares what chocolate is better or if English people don't get American Jokes. This interview is based on Tina Fey. And she rocks so yeahhh Liz Lemon!!!

  • @lilbex01 Haha! British people shouldn't be allowed to comment on foreign chocolate, our palates are notoriously fucked up from being reared on plain, bland local foods, and eating copious quanitities of milk NON-chocolate. #LOL

  • HAHAHAHHA and you're eating this for celebrate the death of Jesus? HAHAHAAH!!

  • Her "how dare you" right after he says "just suck on it" is hilarious!

  • He's so right her and Steve should so hit it off(;

  • tina fey is hilarious thats odd that englad doesnt get her, and her letterman interview was waaaay funnier than this

  • @antoine1984 Im not sure that england doesnt get her, im from england and i love 30 rock. its just never on tv. i have to watch online.

  • @antoine1984 Im not sure if England doesnt get her, im from england and i love 30 rock. one of the funniest sitcoms around. People dont know here so much because 30 rock isnt hardly shown here. i have to watch it online.

  • wow, "insane" fans.

:| they were so boring u_u

  • im glad she stuck to her guns!! lol i love her even more now, now that she likes what she likes and thats that! lol

  • blehhhhh Hersheys is gross!!! ahahahaha!!!!

And Mark Whalberg's chest isn't *that* pretty... we have prettier chests in Australia :P

  • I love her German impersonating

Yes stand up for our Chocolate Tina ! lol go Hershey's!

  • It's called taking the piss people - don't get upset, he is not having a go at America or anywhere else - it's just a joke. Wossy's humour can be a bit intimidating when he gets going, as can much British humour if you are not used to it. You should see the segment with Blumenthal for someone having the piss ripped out of them FAR more than here!

  • I lost it when she said "how dare you."

  • Love Tina Fey, but this is a pretty poor interview. I think it must be that she's very tired in this interview after doing god knows how many European junkets and flying around promoting her (very mediocre) movie that she doesn't sparkle here. Also the British audience is typically much quieter as well as not really knowing who she is so we must seem very unresponsive. Such a shame! She's so lovely and funny and I hope she comes back to the UK some day.

  • i like both these people but this interview is so awkward

  • @iThinkThisIsBrandon Its not awkward, what are you on about?

  • Swiss chocolate is better, no doubt. Sorry Tina. But it must be anoying to go to all these european countries and have everyone compare themselves to you with their delusions of grandeur and snobby attitude.

  • Im from Ireland and i agree about most people here not knowing who she is. But im a huge fan and i was really happy she came on his show! 30 Rock is hilarious i only wish more people from here watched it. Maybe Date Night will help with that :D

  • Can't believe you guys are getting the hump with Wossy's comments. He's obviously talking with affection. Maybe all your cringeworthy hosts Stateside spend a whole interview being servile and pissing in the pockets of their guests. Parkinson used to do that in the UK, but he's boring and old.

  • @smahonav I think he was being quite genial for Jonathan Ross, it's just the audience. They seemed cold and almost afraid to laugh at this strange American woman. Nobody expects them to fake laughter, but if those jokes had come out of the mouth of say Jim Carrey an American comedian they're more familiar with, they'd be laughing their asses off. I just think it was a little weird. Maybe it gave some of us Americans the idea that you guys don't like sarcasm, which is far from the truth.

  • Tina rocks, her stuff would be so perfect for a British audience. But I kinda like the fact that she isn't mainstream. At least, not yet. Re sxer99: without getting too scientific, American chocolate has been designed to withstand higher temperatures. British -and especially Belgian/Swiss- chocolate wouldn't be as attractive over there in a sticky, battered wrapper.

  • I appreciate her standing up for our chocolate.... but Cadbury is definitely better. I'm not really against hershey though. M&M's are good. Okay that's all I have.

  • i'm curious... what is the difference between American and British chocolate, in terms of taste

  • @svd205 works both ways. And it's just not Britain. EVERYONE is bashing America these days. America is the Soviet Union of the 21st century :/

  • @svd205

  • Did they actually gasp when she did Palin saying "I prefer American chocolate"?? Is that what passes for shocking now? The whole interview you could definitely feel the audience has no real idea who she is.

  • Wow, guess Tina Fey's humor doesn't really tickle the funny bones of the English people.

  • @ameristar Here in the UK, if a joke isn't about sex or poo, people won't laugh. We're like the Two and a Half Men of countries. :(

  • @ToManyPhones Haha. I believe people from all countries can appreciate humor. But I enjoyed your joke about Two and a half Men. That show really stinks.

  • @ameristar

im english and I find her funny soooooo...youre talking bollocks :)

  • @1988bluemoon Oh, well since you stand for every English person in the world, I believe you now. :)

  • @ameristar Then you guess wrong.

  • @ameristar woah, guess you just made a ridiculous point based on an audience for a show for morons.

jonathan ross is hardly respected television here, its dumbed down rubbish.

As a bonafide Englishman i will declare from the rooftops: " I adore Tina Fey and 30 Rock".

  • @ameristar I know and it's such a shame. She's fantastic.

  • She needs to make a character out of the German reporter that accent and the pauses with missing words is too funny.

  • Actually the one she did in this part 2 was different from the German one in part 1, this one was Dutch or Belgian.

  • @ameristar er yes it does its on a very popular comedy channel and everyone watches it
