@leah9crystal9rose9 your comcast modem should be able to communicate with your wireless router with no problems. make sure to setup your wireless router first (change the settings, etc.)

I have a problem with the Netgear WNR1000. my computer says that the internet is connected but then when you go so Mozilla does not provide internet access. This same problem is all what needs internet connection. can you help me?

press and hold the reset button on the back of your router and start the setup process all over again.
