A czemu jest zły poziom gry?

1. Brak profesjonalizmu działaczy i trenerów. Nie chodzi im o rozwój danego zawodnika a o własną kieszeń. Ja sam trenowałem ale więcej dały mi mecze placowe, bo tam mogłem bez stresu poćwiczyć różne ciekawe zagrania nie będąc opierdalanym przez trenera-frustrata.

2. Brak dobrych trenerów.

Mój kiedyś wyskoczył że gramy dziś 3-5-1 i nie dał sobie powiedzieć że mówi źle.

3. Warunki.

No bo tak jest że jakiś piłkarz ma talent ale trener zamiast mu pomóc stara się go upokorzyć, tak że ten traci pewność siebie i gra żenująco. Obserwowałem to na przykładzie jednego z moich byłych kolegów z drużyny.

Tak czy inaczej Lato gówno zmieni. On chce tkwić w tym układzie takim jaki jest. Czuje się w nim dobrze bo od lat tam urzęduje. Sądze że jakieś większe porządki zrobić może jakiś następny prezes jak obecni betonowcy udzadzą się na urlopy.
