@ FiretheHedgehog11 they are cousins but the story doesn't say that because their fathers are never mentioned but this means Gerald would have to have two sons with eggmans father being the youngest as these events take place 50 years ago (60 years now) while eggman is only in his mid-40s during these events so he wasn't born at that time and all of the stuff that he knows is from Gerald's diary or information obtained while he was on ARK

@FireTheHedgehog11 I believe the game manual states that they are cousins. So I assume that Gerald had multiple kids and grandkids. So Maria was the daughter of one of Eggman's aunts or uncles. The Eggman family tree is shrouded in mystery unless you read the Archie comics. *shrugs*

sonic adventure 2 was based on sonic x or the other way round but shadow never died in sonic x and later on there was a game called shadow the hedgehog so they should make a game where it tells the story of how shadow survived maybe call it shadows adventure

@mesteluk you didnt need a dreamcast. All the adventures, at least i think, were on the gamecube. If you have a wii you can play them with a gamecube controller.

Thank you for all the work. It was enjoyable to watch. Sonic the Adventure 2 has an amazing story. When it comes to Sonic games, I was often upset that I never had a Dreamcast, therefore never playing any Sonic Adventures. This was really good to watch, and the graphics were actually pretty good to that time.

Good movie. This seemed pretty good at the beginning except that the way those particular scenes were transitioned I didn't like so much, but as I continued to progress through the movie it just kept getting better and better. That was a great ending and I think this is probably the best Sonic game ever made, even with all the glitches like the cylinders at Final Chase.

@lobelix11397 well it turns out that hundreds of imperfected clones of the real shadow were made in sonic heroes the game after this one... however one clone possessed all of shadows memories and abilities and was a perfect copy of shadow. there we go that explains all of it

Man, SonicMovies is good at making these sonic games into movies. The only disapointment is that the action with sonic seemed underused (though the game's focus did seem to be about Shadow, but still). Even so, this guy made it good.

Shadow had lost his memory because of the injuries he had sustained, so Eggman attempted to control Shadow by lying to him and telling him he was an android replica of the original Shadow. I was so pissed that they killed of Shadow on his Debut. Everyone AND SEGA knew that they were gonna go broke if they didn't bring 'em back. And then there was Sonic Heroes...

Also, way back before I knew the truth, I thought I'd make up my own story:

Shadow managed to grab the Fake Emerald while falling and somewhat 'softened' his landing on Earth. It sounded pretty plausible at the time.

Either way, Shadow's back and that's all that matters. No one else is an equal match for Sonic.
