I though it was sweet/funny that when stopped kissing [just before Jai came in] Gennie ran to get her stuff while Nikhil seemed frozen in place.

Does anyone else wonder if Amy's baby will be a match to Sarah considering Cain the father? I'm so happy about the kiss between Gennie and Nikhil, it was everything I wanted it to be. I do hope the writers let them be happy for a while. So hopefully lots more passionate kisses. I would have loved to see Jai's face if he caught them kissing.

@eleanor7 Amy's baby is Sarah's aunt or uncle and a full sibling has a much better chance of being a match then a half aunt or uncle but who knows in the soap world. Besides Amy's baby could turn out be a match after Debbie's already pregnant and that would create all kinds of complications couse there would still be a baby and a second connection b/w Debbie and Andy.

@juicirosi202 Gennie will probably either be pregnant with Nicky's baby or Georgia will be a big pain in their behind. Hehe I don't see Georgia being happy with both her sons being involved with Dingle women. Though I think they have it in them to be a great couple, the kind that last forever in soaps. I just really hope that they don't cheat on each other, that would be cliche and badly written.

Gotta love backstories.

Learning about Nikhil's family and childhood history, knowing that he wasn't very popular in school... his body and diet obsessions make sense now. There's moments (see 6:30 in this clip) where I can envision the scrawny child with limited social skills that he was. It probably came about that the only thing he could control was what he ate and how he looked. He couldn't 'compete' with Jai any other way and he wasn't outgoing so his looks were basically all he had.

@Francine2869 Nikhil makes more sense now. Jai was the golden eldest son who could do no wrong and Priya was the only girl and youngest child. Nikhil probably felt out of sorts both at home and at school. All he had was his looks and his body and he could control those. And in Gennie he finds a kindred spirit who knows it all because she's been there too. She could get him to come out of his hole that he's been hiding in all these years and to be happy with who they are and as a couple.

Well that kiss certainly dident disappoint :-) I felt so for Nikhil when he was sitting alone in the office but he wised up and texted her to come back:-). I love how they diden't even notice that the lights wore switched on they wore busy kissing he he, this proves that Nicky was just re - bound.
