this house is obviously supposed to be modern, and there aren't too many modern objects available in the default Sims catalogue.

That being said, you can have a "beautiful house" without use of CC.

To make a bridge like in this house, just make two foundations with two empty spaces in between them. The you can simply put two floor pieces over the two empty spaces and wala; a bridge :) I hope this helped!
