  • The other obvious thing is that the "yes men"(cops) and primarily their supervisors are directly in the pocket of these politicians as well, and they want us to respect law enforcement? We might as well move to Russia, at least we can accept then that we have no basic rights when confronted by "our pagan gods" our illustrious corrupt politicians.

  • And the government wonders why we don't trust them or respect them and they seem to reserve the right to violate the constitution at their whim. The reps need to be arrested for not allowing us,

    the citizens, our constitutional rights!

  • Republicans have always use cops as their muscles.

  • Frack the government.

  • We all need to go underground and revolt against this country. Sabotage, whatever it takes. these bullshit shows do nothing for us. Bitching and moaning..doing nothing of consequence. What Americans really fear deep down inside...is the cops and the military. Go underground. sabotage!

  • the oil and gas companies own the police

  • "Dear representative,

    you're fired."

  • YOU ARE FREE TO DO AS WE TELL YOU! YOU ARE FREE TO DO AS WE TELL YOU!

  • It is unreal. I mean how do we even believe this? It's almost like TYT are making this up. but....it's the truth. I challenge you to imagine the most fucked up thing you can imagine our government doing and then wait 10 or 20 years.....it'll come true.

  • Before this video i thought that "fracking" was just a made up word used in BSG to replace fuck. ^^

  • I love America, it's this "head of the world" civilized country, but oops, it's actually a corrupted money driven crazyland. Oh well, I feel sorry for all the intelligent/good hearted US citizens.

  • HA, 1st amendment, what 1st amendment? You guys are fools if you think 1st amendment still applies in this country.

  • Sounds like Stephan Harpers 2011 campaign

  • Just because hes a democrat doesn't mean he should say "The republicans did this..." "The republicans did that...." I'm not republican but their extremely biased view is sort of making me not so interested in watching tyt. I mean i love hearing about facts and stories that you normally wouldn't know about but the opinions that they throw on it kinda of push you away.

  • My biological father threatened us, beat my mother, took my sister hostage, stole from us, and the cops didn't arrest him until the day he finally ran us off the road into a ditch and threatened to burn our house down with us in it. But the cops can be roused to arrest this guy? What a fucking world.

  • @Bobbiethejean and i thought i had it rough haha. Hope all is well man.

  • this must be "secret" "confidential" "national security" GOP are nuts and scary about their interests. Where is the freedom of press???

  • Thank you, Cenk.

  • Statism is in full power, it's take over is almost 100% complete, nothing short of a rebellion and revolution can change the system at this point.

  • @sargetech Wake up... it's both parties that have sold out to the banks and global corporations. Haven't you learned anything from the Obama disaster? The man has sold us out.. PERIOD! He has lied on everything from the wars to the Patriot Act and just recently signed the treasonous NDAA bill he said he would veto. But, shame on us for expecting much from a cousin of Dick Chaney! Just like Rommey is a cousin to Bush. It's one big family.. and you and I aren't in it!!

  • Comment removed

  • @sargetech You really need to stop being "democrat" and start being "American"! Obama has broken more laws than I care to count. He attacked Libya with out going to congress for a declaration of war, totally circumventing the Wars Power Act. He just deployed 12k troops in Libya, which he swore he wouldn't do. Again, he just signed the NDAA bill which he said he would veto. I could go on and on and on. He's already spent 6.5 trillion dollars and he's not even done with his first term!

  • @sargetech And as far as the economy.. lol... we're about to see the largest collapse of the global financial system the world has ever seen. The Bank of International Settlements is literally sitting on a time-bomb of over $700,000,000,000,000 in fraudulent derivatives. When this bubble pops, no one on earth will be spared... Obama is just a puppet as was George Bush.

If we don't find a away to get rid of the Federal Reserve Bank as JFK tried to do... we're done!

  • Comment removed

  • @sargetech sorry to assume you were democrat.. and yes, I have the same view on republicans.. because they're not really republicans, just like democrats aren't really democrats. They're all fascists! And both sides have sold us out to the Criminal banksters, the Military Industrial Complex, and Global corporations! And as far as Ron Paul, he's the only one talking about ending the wars and removing the Federal Reserve Bank... And those two issues are the only issues that will save us

  • @sargetech stop thinking.. and just LOOK at what has been done. Bush came in as a conservative and spent us into oblivion... spending more money then all other presidents in US history combined. 4+ Trillion! They bring in Obama and he out does Bush, spending 6.5 trillion in just over 3 years. WTF? There is NO difference between the two.. ZERO!! More wars, more bailouts, endless corruption, and spending has gone astronomical from BOTH SIDES!

  • @sargetech you seem like a respectful person, which is why I'm spending time telling you all this.. If you're getting your news from FOX, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, Washington post, NY Times, or any of the other main stream media outlets, then I'm sorry to say that you're being LIED to. Make no mistake about it, the corporate whore media isn't in the business of bringing you the truth... if you want to get informed I would suggest sticking with the internet. Infowars.com is a good start!

  • ...the land of the freeeeeeee, and the home of the braaaaaaaave.

  • haha the director should thank them for making his documentary more viewed now,and his issue more publicized.

  • Ladies & GentIeman, I would not be surprised if " The Comment Section " was removed from RudeTube & other Web sites !

  • Plutocracy. Woo..

  • House of representin'

  • fracking is dangerous, and I encourage monkeywrenching. Do what you need to do to protect people and the environment. The police in this country are enemies, they do not care about the law.

  • This will generate more support for his cause. Republicans fail once again.

  • presssssssssss charrrrghgggeeessss!!!!

  • It seems like the only way to get attention is to wait until everyone gets so upset they start beheading congressmen like the french did in their revolution.

  • @TheHansome21 looks that way to me, too

  • how pathetic is that cop that took him in? Jesus christ. what a useless sack of flesh

  • Something crazy's happening to your country.

  • POLICE STATE.

  • Hey Cenk... quit yelling.

  • He must have tried to throw a shoe.

  • Republicans want you to be sure that you get this;

"We're Republicans. We're in charge. If you oppose us we'll use the police you pay taxes for to terrorize, intimidate you and beat you down."

  • I believe that Cenk should represent Josh in court as his defense attorney. :-)

  • Who's house? Run's house!

  • 0:58 peek a boo

  • where are the lawyers?

  • @alexnavrin no joke...seems like this one is so easily pursued, it's money in the bank for whatever law firm takes it up.

  • Coal seam gas exploration is becoming major issue here in Australia, I hope they ban it completely. Water security is too important to fuck up

  • Regarding fracking. Apparently none of those 'patriots' who arm themselves to the teeth to defend their families has yet taken issue with people contaminating their water and air. So I suppose things will remain calm - until the patriots see that army of commies marching down their driveway that is.

  • Fracking should be illegal!

  • Just another load of bullshit to pile on the bullshit pile. This planet is fucked ! We all know the shit that goes on and on it goes...

  • The degree to which this country has turned on it's own people is just another indicator that we really don't have any legitimate external threats. We've been complacent and lost control of our country (long ago), and now it's the troublemaker of the world, and now it's cannibalizing us as well.

  • How do you get enough pull to send 16 cops after one unarmed dude for a nonviolent, non drug related "offense"? Abuse state power much?

  • it's not our House anymore...

  • As for freedom of the press its odd president Obama who swore to uphold the constitution Bill of Rights and so forth never bothers to mention these on-going breaches of US constitution whether its media being roughed up the NYPD or Oakland Police or their camera smashed or confiscated besides the violations of protesters by the police . And why doesn't the Washington Press Corp ask President Obama or his staff at Press conferences questions about these issues . Because they too are bought???

  • Makes me want to watch Gasland 2 even more

  • He is a pretty dangerous man... to a few well lubed corporate earthing eating cash vomiting machines. .

  • ..United states of faschism USF, USF, USF USF.....!!!

  • Cenk says: "This isn't how america should be" ..well it is how america have been for decades.

  • evolution...take religion out of government. keep the R (revolution) to take the money out of government. 2 easy steps for the US to successed...ALSO DONT FUCK WITH THE INTERNET! SOPA PIPA ACTA if they dont fall the US will.

  • The 16 police were obviously a demonstration of power. The republicans are saying, "Look! We own the police! Don't fuck with us."

Thing I don't get is, with all the people getting fucked over, where's the bombings? Assassinations? Not that I condone such things.

  • @BrennanAndrewWittig Neither do I... But it kinda reinforces the whole false flag theories. Because the ONLY time anything goes boom or gets shot up... That target is usually on US and NOT at the root of the EVIL. Then again... Why would anyone try to harm themselves w/out an agenda??? Just a thought...

  • @BrennanAndrewWittig I'd condone violence. But hopefuly I am wrong, & peaceful methods CAN work

  • @BrennanAndrewWittig Wink, wink ;) I agree with you though.

  • WOW...crazy

  • Corporations care nothing about the health of their customers...just the health of their bottom line. I'm disgusted by the comments here trying to defend the actions of these crooks - & that includes the republican controlled house - He was arrested because he didnt leave when asked to? Why was he asked to leave? If these were democrats and the film maker was a right winger... there would be hell to pay...US politics is so fricking one sided.

  • @DungbeetleXL5000 You're asking republican apologists to imagine the shoe on the other foot, I doubt they are capable.

I don't believe empathy is one of their traits.

  • Damn...Republican are changing for the worse.

  • I watched this video before I went to bed last night and slept so much better knowing that a dangerous criminal like Josh Fox was arrested.

  • @Harrysadlermusic then we would all be in jail

  • Makes for a better documentary... What a fail.

  • Every American should stop paying taxes, because we are NOT being represented.

  • We need to start suing false arrests from now on when ever these things happen.

  • @wolfwing1 He was asked to leave the hearing room and he refused. What was false about that arrest?

  • @markspence20xx he had a right to be there, what part don't YOU understand. Freedom of speech, freedom of assembly.

  • @ChunxOfEarth There is no legal right in US law to attend Congressional hearings.

  • what will the Republicans come up with next? it scares me to think about it. i really dislike those people

  • This is what happens when we allow our congress to be bought by lobbyists. Fracking is a devastating practice to the environment, the gas companies know it and they just want to make a ton of money with that gas they get before this practice is outlawed. I hope 5-10 years from know when we have congressional hearings on who's going to pay for all the damage done by fracking they take all that profit back from the gas companies. Unfortunately, money can't replace environmentally damaged land.

  • @TheUSMetalhead Interesting. You know what the gas companies know.

Given that mind reading between 2 people is somewhat problematic, I'd like to know how this information is being transferred.

  • I do hope he takes it to court as I would like to see them try ans prosecute it.

  • @johncrwarner I would, too. He is on tape refusing the request of capitol police to remove his camera from the hearing room. He refused to comply and was arrested.

  • I'm a petroleum geologist; I am against fracking.

Why, you may ask? Isn't that a little hypocritical?

No, not really. Its a terribly imperfect process that causes a ton of pollution and I will not support gas drilling until the process is improved.

  • @micometer you seem like an expert i will take your opinion into consideration and with that i agree. Btw republicans prey on the weak and look out for the rich

  • @micometer What level of improvement would you find acceptable?

  • @markspence20xx Specifically something that would not stay in solution in ground water to cause many of these problems to health. The tectonic instability is largely minor as it would cause slippage along secondary or tertiary fault zones in a stable continental setting; any damage would be minimal.

The gas isn't going anywhere; the companies need to devote time and energy into a cleaner extraction method and, if possible, a way to offset the tectonic subsidence. It should be possible!

  • @micometer I am also a geologist, good to meet you, and there are few of us here. Peace, and you rock! '-)

  • Why do the politicians give this documentary guy so much fuel? This makes no sense.

  • @GnosticAtheist Because they have no shame.

  • its crazy what they do in the name of freedom...

  • Land of the free.

  • Land of the free.

  • The only thing that is wrong is Americans believing that they live in a free country. I've been to the US a few times and I've never felt less free in my life!

  • @AllHeathens1 Interesting. If you had to pick one thing about the country that made you feel less free than others, what would that be?

  • look up George Carlin, the American Dream. Cenk is also taking money for corporations, so when are you going to investigate yourself, hypocrite?

  • @ChunxOfEarth Cenk is in the private sector, not the public. That is the difference. Moron.

  • @coolintruddle fuck you, asshole.

  • @ChunxOfEarth lol. Must suck being you.

  • @coolintruddle yeah, being all informed and all, Ignorance is bliss, fuckface. Again, FUCKYOU

  • @coolintruddle Actually being ChunxofEarth rocks. He's got a fanbase, a hot chick on his arm & a kewl dog who chases squirrels.

  • @TheTruePooka Too bad intelligence doesn't enter the picture. Granted, I called him a moron, but he was being one. His response was to tell me to fuck off here, go onto my channel and tell me to fuck off and die. All I did was point out how inaccurate his statement was. So, with that kind of belligerence, he can not truly be happy. He could do with increasing his vocabulary. Whatever, enjoy your day.

  • @coolintruddle I never made any reference to death. That is a lie. You are the one that called me a moron, so the ball was in your court, dude. That being said, I actually have no beef with you. Peace.

  • @ChunxOfEarth Not gonna argue with you as you removed the comment, but whatever. Keep it real.

  • OMG...a director of a documentary...Release the craken !

  • Soon China will be ahead of US not only in wealth but human rights.

  • @dmarkham123 What's an example of a human right enjoyed in China but not in the US?

  • @markspence20xx China detained people without trials, US solution NDAA, China sensor internet US rsponse SOPA, China suppresses freedom of press and US arrests journalist covering occupy movement. China use to do violence against protesters and US is doing the same. In short we've cought up to what we ridiculed about China and soon we will overtake them.

  • @dmarkham123

I completely disagree with that, however, the US is shameful when it comes to human rights. China is still far worse.

  • @Mattm1986 I would have to agree the States would have to slip along way to reach the realms of China the recent publication of freedom of the press rankings puts US at 47th in the world (which is pretty bad) but China 174 :P

  • @Mattm1986 that's why I used the word 'soon', give it a few years and we will overtake China, as Bob Dylan said, "it's not dark yet, but it's getting there."

  • @dmarkham123 china will implode

  • lol the existence of police is nothing but mistake

  • Who the hell keeps disliking these videos?

  • @reflexorz I do.

  • @reflexorz Maybe people are doing it to torment you.

  • "Whose house? Run's house!" -Run DMC

  • Facism is great for one thing, getting my blood pressure up. Fucking sick.

  • @startreking2007 ditto.

  • Im suprised they didnt charge him with terrorism, seeing as that is the easy out "buzzword" for the govt.

  • Hmm, the NDAA kicked in faster then expected.

  • With how our cops act in my town, This is to be expected.

  • They keep going and going. As long as nothing happens, they will continue, and it will only get worse...

Please America... wake up before its too late....

  • This is a shame, one of the things I had loved about the US as a foreigner is the freedom of speech but now I realize it is not what I thought it was.

  • @anotherguy004 What are some of the ways your speech has been limited since arriving in the US?

  • @markspence20xx Is not all about ourselves, are you stupid? or this video is not enough for you?

  • To protect and serve... people with tons of fucking money.

  • I didn't know that fracking was this dangerous, I would be very interested to learn more about it. So if anyone know a good source or article, please send a message or reply, thanks in advance <3

  • @krokom9 watch?v=mTYaNWskXtE

  • @krokom9 just search Gasland thats the documentary name

    great documentary btw. seen it

  • @krokom9 I did not know that either.

Please go to Wikipedia and look up fracking

  • welcome to America..hands up against the wall

  • 16 is today's lucky number

  • Fornication?

  • The only kind of information republicans can tolerate, is disinformation.

  • Abandon ship... Get the f... out of America

  • Andy Harris sold justice for $62,700. This is disgusting.

  • Never heard about this until now. Thanks GOP for letting me know about this! Oh, the irony...

  • What the Republicans dont realize is because they made a big deal out of this issue, they just gave Josh Fox a bunch of free publicity. I had never heard of gasland until today.

  • lol @ fracking.... LOVE battlestar galactica

  • "He's a documentary film-maker! How dangerous could he be?" How dangerous, indeed.

  • The hearing was already being televised on CSPAN. The Republicans weren't trying to keep the hearing secret, they just didn't like the guy who did Gasland.

  • So every time the GOP asks for transparency point this out.

  • They just helped that documentary. FUCKING IDIOTS.

  • thank you for bring things to light, we appreciate you...well done!

  • I wrote a short story years ago in my English comp class. The story was America in the future that turned completely fascist, freedoms of speech and press were deemed treasonous by the powers of the plutocracy. I sat there and, at the time, tried to envision the most heinous and corrupt society imaginable. I used Nazi Germany, Stalin and '1984' as blueprints. The title, 'Rites of the New Depression'. I never thought this would actually happen. And I got an A.

  • Haha the left is playing the racist angle whenever they can and make sure naïve lefties silence those who don't agree. On the other side we have the right wingers abusing their welth and power to silence those who don't agree.

We should build a fence around the US and watch the show on how not to do it. Because Europe is going towards the same direction.

  • You'll have to start dressing like a wall street banker douche then you'll get front row seats to the corruption. I'm most sad for my kids, what kind of fucked up place is this country going to be in 20 years... Teaching them live off the land survival skills and how to use firearms back by what this country once was is all I can do I think....

  • @Gyva02 I think your at least doing something positive even if it's only for your own family, just don't try to get them to trust in the lord or some such shit 'cos that won't be doing them no favours! i hope your family makes it through all right, it's not the nutters living in the hills any-more. It's ordinary Americans like you seeing the way the winds blowing that needs to make the changes necessary.

  • Gasland is an amazing documentary. If you haven't watched it yet, go do it NOW!

  • Journalists are going to have to go into these things undercover to get the story. You guys are going to have to start wearing hidden cameras. Freedom of press is gone on a long long list of once had rights...

  • They don't want the American people to have critical thinking, but to make them watch reality TV and eat fast food.

  • In a Police State your rights are now toilet paper....

  • The purpose of this behavior is to intimidate the other Josh Foxes of the world into silence.

  • America, you need to change your national anthem from the Star Sapngled Banner to Taps because your freedoms are dying if not already dead.

  • why do you think the US has had a huge increase in law enforcement officers from all agencies. because "police are dumb stupid animals to be used for domestic policy" to paraphrase Henry Kissingers opinion of the military. law enforcement are easy to control they obey like the dogs they are

  • 16 FUCKING COPS?!! I'm sorry but WHAT THE FUCKING FUCK!!!!!

  • @dfg93353 you never know, he might have a camera.

  • @crumpetbutterdrips There really isn't anything we can do about it. We could try to vote them out, but the voting system is corrupt. We could protest them, but the'll just send in the police or national guard. We could start a revolution, but then they would trample us with the most advanced and well funded armies in the world. No matter what the people do, the politicians in power within the US government will always value the dollar more than human lives.

  • camera is an autobot OMG! It might be a decepticon..or their all getting Head jobs. Under the tables.dam those gas fracking head hookers.

  • <
