channel 4 has a agreement with the Discovery channel to air it on BBC America, BBC America is not owed by the BBC, BBC gave Discovery permission to use the name.

@1soon2Bfamous5 I know it's been a year, but what spike said isn't true. BBC America is owned by BBC and managed by BBC and Discovery. Channel 4 gave Discovery Corp. permission to air the eps, because they own it. Or course, in America, if you have a TV Package for cable and such, you can get any British Channel you want, as long as you pay for it :D
