The top part moves before the bottom half makes it look like it is running. then realizes it's caught and goes back past as an orb. That can't be dust coz it's too fast for the camera is moving slow. The problem with any so called 'Ghost' video or picture is that it is extremely easy to create very real looking 'fakes' with fairly inexpensive software today. Having had a strange 'ghost' experience myself, i dont rule out anything. This clip does not have some of the things that scream out Fake right way, but there is no way to know. For entertainment value this clip has a creepy look to it.
