well ill be honest and did not like it, bad production and the story and the name, just looks like a C movie. but its a good try. keep it on. you will improve with time.
TO ALL THOSE WHO CAME HERE FROM CRAIGSLIST:..this is a scam it's bullshit not real. Watch out for these people they are just trying to get likes and positive comments for their video by deceiving others..that's fucked up.
I have always been facinated by these films... I have traveled the entire country of Mexico from head to toe . In a car I traveled for three months and have seen most all there is to see. I have touched and felt the magic of the ancient Pyramids of the sun and the moon... gone inside the bowels of Palenque palace and seen the chariots of the gods... and more ~
This looks like a really interesting film about a really interesting topic. The visuals look powerful and I am always interested in films that offer new insight about different cultures and traditions and this film looks to do just that.
I finally had a chance to watch this film and was truly impressed with the story, visuals and intent of the director and cast to bring this message to the world. Great music and cast..very inspiring and timeless,,,.i'm about to watch it again!!!
FINALLY!!! a good looking movie that doesn't denigrate our culture and raza! it was about time that someone starts putting out the truth and REALITY of our traditions and knowledge!! congratulations to whoever made this movie posible. I will l like to share a history fact. what the director refers to as AZTECS should be change to MEXICAS. WE ARE MEXICAS, NOT AZTECS. Cant wait to see the movie.
I do not want to be rude, but I'm a bit confused. Ehe is a Nahua medicine man yet Tachi is with the Zapista collective which are mostly Mayan. Maybe clear it up a bit. Beyond that visuals look great.
Wow... Saw this several months ago. When will this Don Juan crap go away for real anthropology and legitimate folk practice? Practitioners of brujeria and curandismo in nearly 100% pure Indio, remote areas of Guerrero, Puebla and Oaxaca are absolutely nothing like this new age fluff. This sort of thing is an INSULT to both the memory of the Mexica and the modern indigenous peoples of Mexico. A year of research before making a film? Go talk to people who've been studying it for 30+, ie. Knab.
@thEmAddrshOck This film is made with the cooperation of the Mexica people. Casteneda fabricated Don Juan. Ehekateotl is real and living descendant of the Mexica people. he is internationally recognized. Please join the blog at darkZess dot com

This movie looks really interesting. The trailer doesn't tell me too much about what's going on, but it still looks cool

BOTH VERY INTERESTING AND SEEMED TO BE BASED ON HISTORY. I found this to be very well done.

Interesting topic and nice visuals... any idea when will this be hitting the screen?

From an e-mail from the producers:
We are currently in the process of securing domestic and international distribution for the film.
That means, expect to see it in theaters near you sometime in 2008!
