Can you fast forward with your Flip camera??

@TEyeGGerrr It's because it's very "Simple" as the Flip. Such as, if theres one Person doing a Flim and he needs to get in Place, he records and then Edit by Trimming the Beginning so Audience won't see how he got placed. Just an Example. The Others explain as it's Simple. For Advanced, it's with "Windows Movie Maker".

This is not a pro video cam. It is a easy to use non professional way to do a video. These people that ask about what it cant do , etc. Go buy a $1300 sony HD camcorder!!!!

You, where are the effects, people are idiots. This is the simple editing software that included on the camera... not on a disc and you install separately, but on the camera itself. If you want to do something more involved, use Windows Movie Maker or Adobe Premiere Pro or what have you. FYI, the Flip Ultra HD is just about the greatest thing since sliced bread.

@Hoopermazing: Flip HD cams use mp4 video which WMM refuses to accept. If you're advising people make sure to let them know they'll have to convert before using WMM.

You can spoon-feed them the minutiae of editing a video if you like. I'd just as soon let the figure it out for themselves.

@superhappyfunlandman What is the question? You can use WinFF (which is free) to convert from MP4 to WMV, if that's what you wanted to know.

IT is not a Pro Sony HD Camcorder. This is a fun non pro casual not expensive way to do video. Why do people want $2000 camera in a $100 one

Copy the original video and make two seperate clips. Then, use windows movie maker to splice them back together
