CONFIRMED: there will be no third single off from venus doom. The "Venus doom" video its going to be somekind of "live-compilation" from the DVD concert, just like Heartache Every Moment, Close To The Flame or Poison Girl.

Thats about it. All the teasers are only something like "internet publicity" of the promotion for the album.

Yeah, umm I agree that Dark Light sucked balls, but the new album is very dark and heavy, and definitly more towards their old sound, not as meloncholic, but still amazing.

You're just saying you like 90's HIM better because that makes you sound like a "TROOOOO FAANNNNZZZ" Whatev.

HIM started as a Black Sabbath tribute so they were playing this "heavy" metal thing...HIM are known for playing they're music this can be gothic rock or Pop rock in razorblade romance....

look in an interview ville stated they are love metal because he got fed up with people asking their genre, but thats is probably because they mix there influences of hard rock and early heavy metal with lyrics of love(not all songs) with a hint of gothic ;p they are just a metal/alternative rock band...GREAT rock band.

I love this album alot. This is my favorite song from it. ok, i love new HIM and old HIM they both have things that i like about them. You can't expect HIM to be the same forever because if they do, ville will be writing the same album again basically and that would be very boring. I like hearing new sounds, hearing the same thing over and over again would get boring.

Deep Shadows is my favorite Album, this being my second, and deep shadows was their departure from their dark gothic phase, razorblade romance was the beginning of it. They are still very gothic, just not as dark. Now anyone saying this album sucks or dark light sucks is incredibly retarded. A true HIM fan loves every album and they would never be dissapointed in anything HIM makes.
