What the hell were the zoo keepers doing in the enclosure while the animals were not locked up? This zoo seriously needs to take a look at its policies.
zoo keepers are not allowed to be in the enclosure while the tigers are in there. if you read the news, you'd know that the man was suicidal. he was a worker, and he jumped in the enclosure and swam up to the tigers. don't blame the zoo, this was a freak event that has never happened before.

zoo keepers are not allowed to be in the enclosure while the tigers are in there. if you read the news, you'd know that the man was suicidal. he was a worker, and he jumped in the enclosure and swam up to the tigers. don't blame the zoo, this was a freak event that has never happened before.
