the guys that do the 100 meter dash have been messing up forever...they should have been leaning back so they can transfer all their momentum forward...where does this guy coach, anyway?
for the "track start" at 0:15, you're not supposed to lean back. By leaning as far forward as possible, gravity starts your momentum forward until you can spring up and outward off the block.
I've some of this guy's other videos and they suck. Why do eHow and ExpertVillage ALWAYS SUCK??
