@DAVIDOW244 - Is it not just possible that in war torn Dagestan a desperate family are abusing their child for money? Is that not more likely?
If no certified medial professional has checked the child. How would you know if it's genuine or not? I mean you wouldn't want to look like a gullible fool by claiming miracle before having all the facts would you?
