My recommendation - get bandos, fighter hat, chaotic rapier, and super antifires and cannon frost dragons in the dungeoneering place. 3-4m an hour. Combined with herb runs (lantadymes), and item flipping + merchant investing you can make over 50M per day, and easily 500M per month. Hello PHats?

green drags is faster, but this is a good vid. My lvls are:

75 attack and strength, 72 def 74 mage 76 ranged 76 hp. I average 1.2 to 1.4 m an hour at g drags with a cannon west of clan wars. no joke.
