Schindler's List is real masterpiece of cinematography. Master Steven Spielberg deserved that Oscar. Liam Neeson, Ben Kinhsley, Ralph Fiennes, Caroline Goodall, Embeth Davidtz and all others did a brilliant job. They didn't make decent War movies since 2000 (except for Enemy at the Gates (2001) and Black Book (2006)). There's no doubt about it, this film will be a classic in decades, even hundreds of years to come in cinema.

This is a feature film, not documentary one. Great movie, i've watched the fiilm first time today and i love it. They were Displaced Persons who fared far better in the camps than they would have in the streets where German citizens would have targeted them out of revenge for all of their war dead.
This was a really good film, shows the reality of the Holocaust unlike any other movie I have seen. They should also make a movie like this about the Holodomor in the Ukraine.
One of the things that bother me about this movei is the fact that in reality,Oskar didn't make the list,most of the people in it paid to be there.Schindler just put in the list some people he knew.That scene in the movie of him making the list didn't happen.Plus the ending where he cries saying he could have saved more didn't happen either.He just left with his wife,his lover and a few prisoners.

This movie touched me personally. This is the only movie on the list to do that. The Godfather I &2 are both very entertaining but they don't really make you feel anything much. Not saying that this is better it's just that this should be much higher in the list.

Schindler's List is real masterpiece of cinematography. Master Steven Spielberg deserved that Oscar. Liam Neeson, Ben Kinhsley, Ralph Fiennes, Caroline Goodall, Embeth Davidtz and all others did a brilliant job. They didn't make decent War movies since 2000 (except for Enemy at the Gates (2001) and Black Book (2006)). There's no doubt about it, this film will be a classic in decades, even hundreds of years to come in cinema.

One of the things that bother me about this movei is the fact that in reality,Oskar didn't make the list,most of the people in it paid to be there.Schindler just put in the list some people he knew.That scene in the movie of him making the list didn't happen.Plus the ending where he cries saying he could have saved more didn't happen either.He just left with his wife,his lover and a few prisoners.

Schindler only put in the list some people he knew.Schindler NEVER paid for a jew to work for him.Just do some research on google if you don't want to read the book about the survivors.

And the person who made the list was Marcel Goldberg,a man from the jewish police,the OD.People paid him to be in the list,he made the list,Schindler had no control over the list.
What Schindler did was to protect the people once they were working for him.There were no killings on Emalia,the place the jews worked for Schindler.

This movie touched me personally. This is the only movie on the list to do that. The Godfather I &2 are both very entertaining but they don't really make you feel anything much. Not saying that this is better it's just that this should be much higher in the list.

I think the list, is based off of more than how it touched people. I think its more... How they were casted, script, directed, acted, sets, budget, story, etc etc... Ya know? I agree though this movie is allways in the back of my mind. As for people who think its funny, let it be, just let it be. They will see someday.

I've always believed Schindlers List deserved a No.1 or atleast 2 Spot. Psycho is a classic as all 5 of those are but as far as 2001 goes and I guess your referring to 2001 a space odessey?
