It would also seem that the lead platform for this game is PS3 this time, gameplays that have been shown where on PS3

the only reason that 1 was worse was because that originally it was going to be an XBOX exclusive, but then it was delayed so it could come out for both platforms, this affected teh quality of 2 aswell.

But Bioshock infinite is a fresh start, you see?

Ken Levine just earned my respect. He's truly in tune with the mentality of us PS3 gamers. The reason why multiplats are always slightly better on the 360 is because game developers are too lazy to work with the complex architecture of the PS3 and would rather begin production on the 360 and port it over to the PS3. Levine on the other hand is aware and would like to fully utilize the PS3's potential in order to make BIoshock a true seventh gen experience on the PS3.

@solidiquis1 I don't know if it's really that simple, if a developer wants to begin production on the 360, we should assume they are doing it because they work best with the model. A 360 port into the PS3 could produce a better game than when a developer try's to start with something that they are inexperienced with, like working with the ps3. Besides, it's not like Bioshock Infinite is being built primarily for PS3, especially since most of the demos they've shown off have been on the 360.

They have openly stated in an interview that the PS3's architecture is too difficult to work with so they will put no effort into making the PS3 version of multiplats better even though they have the option too. I'm not asking developers to make the PS3 version better, I'm asking them to make it so that it feels like a PS3 game, not a port that has an upscaled resolution. I can only assume that other developer's share the same opinion.

What people on consoles should be complaining about is how console versions of pc games are often dumbed down way too much. BF3 pc gets bigger maps and 60 players but consoles get smaller maps with 24 players??? I bet a little time and effort could bring the versions closer in quality.
