I like the fact that even though it has a strong military feel (of course, since the level it's from is a war level), it still sounds very different from anything i've heard in other war games. Perhaps it's because it's so damn calm, and/or because it (due to the games overall nature) doesn't sound sad, dramatic or anything like that either. And it's pretty catchy too. Either way, it's one of my favorite tracks in one of my favorite soundtracks ever.
This track is waaaaay overlooked. It's one of my favorite tracks in the game, because it sounds so bloody unique. Some video game music have the ability to fit with almost everything, but at the cost of not being memorable at all.
Tracks like this, on the other hand, only properly fits with very few scenes/places/events/whatever, but on the other hand, they fit perfectly with that excact scene/place/event/etc.
