@the1mann99 It used to be, but not any more. Fortune Star released it on DVD under their "Legendary Collection" label for about $20US retail. It's a pretty clean 2.35:1 and has the worst subtitle translations ever. Yes, EVER. The line where the police chief hands off a report and says "Read this among Your calves" will forever stick in my head. Can't have everything I guess.
