still wish to know that lineage of Chinese chopped red-peppers(almost 50 pieces),black(round)peppers, mixed with that unique lemon grassy(or something similar)soup...that was the most unusual, and superb soup.
Guess you don't like dough which is paperthin-"flaky"& crumbles off the pastry which is filled with mung beans also.Guess if you really knew all your Chinese pastries, you could surmise which pastry Iam mentioning.Should I camcord a photograph of it next time I buy it?
mooncakes are sweet n delicious on holiday, sweet bean sesame balls are delicious,& those flat-round flaky-powdered bean-filled pastries are good too,but are they American-Chinese, or really originally China-Chinese?
what are you talking about? mooncakes date back to ancient times...i'm pretty sure sesame balls werent recently invented...and i have no idea what you mean by 'flat round flaky powdered bean filled pastrys.'
no...there are tons of different Chiense desserts especially in the Chiu Chow cusine, that are very sweet. If you go to a high end Chinese restaurant, you will see lots of desserts in the menu.
thats useful info. but if a chinese person comes to te states wouldnt it be better to serve a western meal? b/c how pften does a chinese person come to the states? if i went to china i would want to experience some chinese delicacies lol.

chinese people eat different foods in different areas. Especially in areas like Suzhou, people love sweet food and do not like anything spicy or hot.
