I have some friends in the Grenadier Guards; and he was in Nijmegen Company at the time this video was taken, around September 2006.

The Guards Officer who carries the Colour is Second Lieutenant Stephens of the Grenadier Guards. I met him!

He's the Regimental Sergeant Major, it's his job to maintain discipline in the ranks and such.
