I just did exhaust on my Stang. I did a Hooker system for $190 on Summit. It comes with 2.25" aluminized pipes with mandrel bends from the manifolds all the way out the back and even includes a head pipe for pre- 1986 Mustangs that don't have the double-hump tranny crossmember. I used the Dynomax Thrush 2 chamber welded mufflers ($30 each) and it's definitely quiet. It's got a very nice, tastefull tone but it's not at all loud. I highly recommend.
your totally rite i had a 93 lx but with the soft 2.3 i was gonna put a 5.0 in it but didn't have enough money for everything else besides the engine:( nice mustang thou man love it!
you know-as they "age",flomasters do get a raspary,more roucous sound-i've grown to love mine more every year-run 'em hard and see what i mean.nice ride (from the ground view?)
