Why not weaken the end cap and put confetti into the pen, So when the popper goes off, confetti shoots out the end

you dont need needle nose pliers or an exacto knife or a hot glue gun. sticky tack in place f the hot glue and you can just push the charge all the way out and just use scissors lol
