how do u make the levels? i have version 1.9 and it says user levels in this button and i click on it and there is this screen the exact same thing of the missions screen, but no missions, levels, or anything is there or a button to create the level. can u pls tell me how u do it?

There's no in-game tool to make user levels, the button is to bring up user levels installed into the "user/" directory
