i think it all boils down to the reason why you are consuming it, when u take medicine u are not taking the alcohol to get drunk and have a good time,. u are taking it to get better. There are always certain circumstances where you need to use your COMMON SENSE where forbidden or haram thing can become halal. For example, if you are starving and the only thing in sight to eat is pork.. then u are allowed to eat it.

With due respect to you, let me tell you that you are absolutely wrong. In homeopathy, we do not ask our patients to gulp the medicines. It is true that the medicines are prepared and preserved in ethyl alcohol, but we use this liquid medicine to medicate the pills made up of cane-sugar or milk sugar. The alcohol gets evaporated easily, hence no alcohol enters the body when a patient takes 3 or 4 pills.

DID YOU KNOW, that when you eat grains, they ferment in your stomach and make ALCOHOL?? ALCOHOL is actually sugar, and yeasts in your digestive system ferment this sugar???

First of all, why do people get a sugar 'high'? Have you heard of sugar alcohols? Grain are carbs, carbs are sugars and all sugars produce little alcohol action in the body, especially if you have Candida yeast, which most people now a days have due to poor diet choices. Candida is a yeast (everyone has it) and it FERMENTS carbs/sugars.

@SpatialVortex A sugar high and the high you get from alcohols are different, sugar high just means that there is a lot of glucose in your blood providing too much energy for your body to handle. An alochol high physiologically affects your nervous system and alters your cognitive balance and function, so how the hell are these two the same?? Cocaine and Sugar are both carbohydrates, yet they have two different effects on the body. i dont understand where your logic is
