  • btw 'Conversations with God' by Walsch (very similar to The Shack) was my 'personal bible' for many, many years. Looking back on my life, I can truly say that it has been extremely destructive to my life. What I can honestly say, is that these books could only come from one source, someone I never believed in till now. I call that source (presenting itself as Light, so you buy into it - the angel of light) Lucifer. He's definitely the most brilliant and slickest salesman EVER.

  • I have been deeply involved in the 'new spirituality' for the last 15 years and painfully discovered all the truths Warren tells about for myself, so from experience I can say that Warren is 100% right. I got to know Neale and other big names in the movement, only to discover the deception at first hand. I always used to laugh at faith, calling it backwards and stupid fairytales. I did that for about 15 years only to see everything going from bad to worse. I'm a born again Christian now.

  • Here is something for professing Christians in our day to think about: Do you follow a popular Christ, or do you follow the Christ who is "despised and rejected by men" (Isaiah 53:3)? The truth is obviously not popular since Jesus Himself was crucified for it. And He also made it clear in John 15:18-21 that His true followers would be hated. So perhaps those who are following a popular "Christianity" should examine whether they have ever understood Christianity in the first place.

  • I am certain that Jesus would not be found in any fundamentalist evangelical church in america today unless he was there to give them the same message he gave the pharasees. Why are so many "christians" so afraid? You fear gays, liberals and anybody you can not squeeze inot your box. I must tell you that God is Love. God is Love. Think about that. Jesus was not impressed with those who call out "lord,lord!"...but rather those who DO. Feed the poor, love your enemies,be a peacemaker...

  • @1macboo First of all, someone is not a Christian if they are not going by the fundamentals of Christianity (which includes love). So whether or not someone is a fundamentalist is not the issue. Everyone has beliefs, so the real issue is what fundamentals they go by. Yet the word "fundamentalist" has become a word that many will throw around in order to marginalize anyone who disagrees with them. It is often an attempt to obscure the real issues by those who have no other defense.

  • @1macboo Second, yes, God is love - and that is exactly why videos like this are made - in spite of the fact that those who make them know that they will most likely be hated and persecuted for their beliefs, just as Jesus said they would be in John 15:18-21. Warning people about deception is not popular in a pride filled world, and it therefore takes a lot of compassion to do so.

  • @Jesse859 Yes and that we must be tolerant of others beliefs as if that makes them equal with Scripture. The other thing I find is when you point out a heretical teacher Christians say well we all like different people and we must take the good things they say- where does it say that in Scripture where it says false teacher or not- no inbetween
