They won't pass it. Hell NO. They excluded themselves for all of these years. Do you know how many wives of politicians serve on corporate boards with stock options and huge handouts?

They have special health care, big time retirement pay and then they lobby on top of it. I think only Ron Paul is the only exception when he retired years ago and refused to take his annual retirement pay which was like 80K a year.
