  • How come I just found this on youtube and I thought I was a fan!

  • The interviewer looks like a fuckin meathead..probably cant handle drugs bitch.

  • Its awesome to finally see Dean talk for once... geez. Also its awesome how they are chili peppers fans. 2 great bassists, Flea, and Dean Deleo!!!

  • @XxDoctorDrumsxX Dean plays the guitar man, Robert is the bass player...

  • @XxDoctorDrumsxX Dean plays guitar man, Robert plays bass

  • scott seems like hes actually he a pretty cool laid back dude

  • oh also.....YAY...Another video interview where robert kretz doesn't even get a word out......HAHA man they should really let him speak or something.....is as if hes deaf or not there....but hes the best drummer in my opinon. haha..welll not the best but top 5 for sure

  • @octobermadison its eric kreutz, he's the drummer

  • They had a much different sound than nirvana, pearl jam, and AIC,,,,,which i think is a mistake to label them grunge....i like scott b/c he went beyond the usual vocal range that those typical singers were used to....his career thus far has elevated him to a level superior than the grunge singers.....well...most singers still alive today in general.....Long Live STP and Weiland

  • I am grateful also. I wish he was still promoting his music so much.

  • How Long ago was this interview. earlier this year right or is this older. I heard about Weiland story about being off the drugs and shit so it has to be this year right

  • Thanks for posting this rare interview. Unfortunately, we know this wasn't the end of Scott's drug days. He really doesn't look good here at all. We all wish he could get over his addiction, but I think at this point it would be unrealistic to expect otherwise.

The new STP album could be interesting. All we can be sure of is it will be an album unlike anything they have ever done before.

  • dude he doesnt look good because he did heroine for 15 years idk how long hes been off or if hes back on.. but i do know that quitting drugs doesnt make the damage just go away.... u have to actually think about what yoursaying... even if hes clean for 10 years to come... he will still have permanant damage from it... btw this is old... its 2001 ish. thats when number 4 thier 'new' album came out

  • '99; shangri-la-dee-da was 2001.

  • ok i was off two years lol so?

  • big difference, dude. after shangri-la, scott went into his heroin craze--again--and eric, rob and dean went their separate ways. yes, i'm not forgetting VR, either.
