God is offended by receiving Him on "dirty" hands(ONLY priest can touch Him) in the Holy Eucharist!
Only accepted by Heaven form of receiving living Heart of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist of the Catholic Church is into our mouth and on our both knees!

i wish my church was more reverant. i used to be baptist, and went back to catholic. i will always be catholic, but the music these days is so irreverent.i feel as though the tradition is sliping away. it saddens me deeply...

Sorry to hear that. I was Catholic for 21 years until becoming Anglican/Episcopalian. I will never speak negative of Rome or try to get anyone away from them.
However, Many "High Church" Episcopalian/Anglican parishes practice deeply rooted traditions.

From what I'm hearing the church is going to return to Gregorian Chant and the original Catholic Music. I hope so. I miss the Latin. Tune into EWTN. It's ALL Latin and Chant.
