no everything fit Ford is great like that, i did make a small hole in the floor, i just bolted the shifter in backwards and it cleared the bench seat

This is a sleeper, for sure. When you put that 5 speed in there, did you have to extend the shifter, cuz of the floor being so low in your car?

hey where did you get the pedal setup, from a mustang or something? i wanna convert my 1980 2 door ford ltd to a 5 speed

That's great! How hard was the 5spd swap?

It was really quite easy, The motor and trans were out of an 88 or 89 mustang, The aod and the 5 speed are the same length so i did nothing to the driveshaft, I had a full mustang exhaust on it as well headers and the basani x pipe everything bolted right on, The only problem or i should say challenge is the custom made swing set, i also used a clutch cable out of a dodge omni or colt.
