reason u can still see bits of fighting is because like youtube videos sometimes buffer half way thru, trying 2 regain connection, thats what happening iwht your ps3 and the host ;p

its cause u lost connection to host, not a glitch mate ;P

this same thing happened to me without the hats but it would not let me pick up objects
