o, and as for the gun debate, criminals always go one level up in illegality. for example, if guns are illegal entirely, criminals will have pistols and such. in america we can have semi auto's, so criminals have full auto's. i'd rather have an opponent with a full auto and me with a semi auto, rather than him with a pistol and me with nothing.

I dont know where you've got that idea. Cops carry guns in most countries (regardless whether civilians can carry then). In germany there were about 50 gun deaths last year, in america, 10,000. How is that not proof?

first off, ya, a 7.62X39mm will penetrate a bullet proof vest. however the cops you saw on the video camera were not all being shot, some were slipping or diving for cover. also, the wooden doors shown are very dense, and a 7.62X39 would have a hard time making it through the doors.

next thing, the marksmen took 5 shots in total, the first 3 missed by far, the 4th came close, and the 5th went through the back of the truck and hit him in the head.

Kvass, its already been proven that states that allow people to own guns have a lower crime rate. States that have gun bans have higher crime rates. Criminals are ALWAYS going to have access to guns and therefore its only right that the citizens of states have guns as well to protect themselves. Thats like saying "if you can make it harder for illegal drugs to be put out on the streets, then it would be harder for the drug user to abuse them".
