  • Just had another wonderful break there, me and my wife love Scarborough.

  • I live in Scarborough. :) it can be nice sometimes, there are some horrible things about it though!

  • The new hotel on the seafront near the swimmng pool is an eye-sore, how did they get planning permission to build such a hidious building in the first place, whats more, it looks like it should be in spain, not scarborough!

  • @Andy2x4 thankyou. it's nice to know i'm not the only one saying it.

  • I always thought Marine Drive was one an awesome engineering feat. Probably sounded like a crazy idea at the time, now taken for granted. Victorian madmen rule ok.

  • wtf have u done to scarbourgh

  • scarborough is just a home for ex-convicts and smackheads, dont be fooled by the pretty beach

  • @Blinkyblink999 whtvr mate

  • We have great memories of Scarborough with the kids.........first on the beach in the morning........looking around the shops in the daytime........taking them to the fair at night and watching their thrilled little faces going around on the big wheel and then walking back (little ones exhausted) when it went dark............WE LOVE YOU SCARBOROUGH!!

  • Excellent Scenery

  • You make scarborough look realy nice. Haha, i live there and it just all looks normal to me :] but nice work anyway

  • same it not what in the vidoe makes it does it haha

  • i used to live there and it is winter, its a bit diffrent in summer.

  • Haven't been to Scarb for years.... started going there in the 1960s as a child. Spent many, many happy times there, hours on the Marine Drive watching the rough sea, it was sensational. It has all changed now I believe. And what the flip has happened to the good old Corner Cafe?

There used to be thousands of people there in those days, now it is deserted. Corrigans amusements, Max Jaffa at the Spa, Jaconelli's lemon icecreams. the Floral Hall, the open air theatre in Northstead manor gardens.

  • @bradandfudge so if you havent been to scarb for years how can you say its deserted ? its packed in summer

  • I used to live in Scarborough! I have walked along marine parade many times,Thanks for the memories. My parents were born and raised in Scarborough also.

  • I thoroughly enjoyed that, thank you very much.

  • Remember when the waves could soak the road? So much more exciting!

  • @muttley1969

    really

    was it really so

    when was it like this

  • that looks really nice. i was there when i was thirteen for a holiday. i am 26 now so its been a while.
