Coming from someone who has had problems with time warner, six cable boxes, three new outlets in every room, and still my shows will not record right once in a while. Then they have no customer service when dealing with me. I work in customer service, when a customer says something, don't treat them like an infant and ask if they tried something or not. Obviously they have tried it OR they would be calling you... I found getting rid of TWC and spending the 30 on Itunes is much more efficient...
