Discovering that the COLB was fake was just the starting point for me in realizing something was wrong. And I've been very clear for people to NOT TAKE MY WORD but to do their own research. I've merely shown you a few things to look for. Do you see a seal or folds? If you think that you can scan in a document and not see the embossed seal then that's ok. To me it's impossible.

Since you know a lot about Obama's qualifications then surely you were puzzled when the Hawiian Democratic Party refused to qualify Obama for the 2008 ballot. Nancy Pelosi and the DNC had to send "special" certification papers to Hawaii to get him on the ballot through the back door. Recently released papers are finally bringing to light just what Obama was doing in Hawaii while he supposedly was visiting his dying grandmother.

Since I do a lot of image work and doctoring up of photos and images I thought I'd take a look..just out of curiosity. It didn't take but a matter of seconds to see how bad of a forgery it was. If you register a live birth it is automatically picked up and announced in the paper. She was quite clear about that but her nephew jumped in and kept trying to get her to say...no no no he was born in Hawaii. This is in the court documents presented by Phillip Berg. Nobody is allowed to talk to her anymore. Other officials from Kenya have also stated quite clearly that Obama was born in Kenya.
@PatrickLMT if and when the COLB is introduced as prima facie evidence the plaintiff's experts will be able to examine the document even further and will testify to the fact that it is a forgery. All we have so far is an "image" of the COLB and you can see how easy this "image" can be manipulated. We already know that the "image" itself has been doctored up. @PatrickLMT anytime you present a document or any other article of evidence the Plaintiff or defendant has the right to examine and dispute it. As I said earlier, we would love for the Obama team to enter this COLB into evidence. Not an "image" of this document on the Internet but an actual physical document. Stanley Dunham became pregnant, she married Obama Sr... while pregnant Obama Sr. took her to Kenya to visit his family. while there Stanley went into labor and Obama was born. @smokeyriverband one other clear fact is that Barack Obama lost his citizenship whether it had been American or Kenyan when his mother married Lolo Soetoro and moved to Indonesia. Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship and you were not allowed to attend school unless your were an Indonesian citizen.

I belong to a group associated with attorney Phillip Berg who was the first to file cases against Obama's citizenship. We are very careful NOT to jump to conclusions or pass on false information. We have direct access to the court cases in the supreme court and several attorneys that explain it to us.
@PatrickLMT we've discussed this COLB being introduced into a court of law at our site with several attorneys in our group and these guys are tough on us. The COLB would become part of discovery and would be shown to be a fake very easily. One of many problems with this COLB is that the seal which was NOT on it originally at fight the smears or the daily KOS is NOT an official Hawaiian seal. The seal and the folds ONLY appeared on factcheck and nobody is allowed to view their version.
@PatrickLMT there is a big difference between a "certificate of live birth" and a "certification of live birth". You can request either one from Hawaii but the certification is the short form and not accepted in many situations. That is because a certification merely states that someone reported a live birth. An aunt, uncle, brother, sister....anybody can register a birth and the location. We would LOVE to see this COLB in a court of law. So far nobody is allowed to touch it...wonder why?

@PatrickLMT It was explained to me over three years ago by my partner, who is a geneologist, that some people don't seem to understand that a COLB IS NOT a birth certificate. Even Hawaii did not accept a COLB in it's Homestead exemptions. A COLB can be gotten by ANYBODY. I could not get a license in Alabama with a COLB in 1965...it HAD to be a certified Birth Certificate. I live in Alabama and until recently I had to have a full birth certificate, a short form COLB wasn't adequate. Also, anybody can get a COLB in Hawaii in 1961 no matter where you were born. Hawaii also will not accept a COLB in certain cases only a birth certificate will do.

A lot of what I know doesn't come from bloggers or people who think they know everything...I get much of my information directly from the court cases filed with the supreme court and the attorneys involved. While there is no real point to this video it does give even more validity to the fact that what Obama posted at the Daily Kos and fight the smears and factcheck is fake. The video you linked to clearly shows two folds in the document and a clear seal. Obama's COLB shows none of this in the original posting. Factcheck shows the folds and a strange seal only AFTER they printed it out and folded it and sealed it.

There is no law that says a COLB must be folded. It is possible that the original image on Daily Kos was done on a flatbed scanner. It might also account for why the seal is not visible. The light from a scanner hits the paper dead on and may not necessarily create the shadows needed for the 3D seal to be visible.
I believe the images on factcheck were done with a digital camera.

When I joined the USAF I had to wait for the birth cert to come from NM. to enlist the cert of live birth was not acceptable. @smokeyriverband Many states only issue a short-form BC as Missouri Republicans found out when they tried to pass a bill to require a long form BC for presidential candidates (HJR 34). It was quietly withdrawn when they discovered Missouri ONLY ISSUES SHORT FORMS.
So let’s check. HRJ 34 was indeed witdrawn and yes it did state that “Other certifications, such as a certificate of live birth, shall not be accepted.”

Missouri Vital Records issues only certified copies of Missouri birth certificates (short forms), which are typically acceptable for passport, social security, employment, personal identification purposes and other legal purposes.

He actually provided 2 COLBs. One was a jpg created by Photoshop, the 2nd one was a printout of that Photoshopped image with a seal stamped into it fraudulently. @PatrickLMT good morning to you too. actually the COLB issue comprises about 5% of our research and discussion. Discovering that the COLB was fake was just the starting point for me in realizing something was wrong. And I've been very clear for people to NOT TAKE MY WORD but to do their own research. I've merely shown you a few things to look for. Do you see a seal or folds? If you think that you can scan in a document and not see the embossed seal then that's ok. To me it's impossible.

Since you know a lot about Obama's qualifications then surely you were puzzled when the Hawiian Democratic Party refused to qualify Obama for the 2008 ballot. Nancy Pelosi and the DNC had to send "special" certification papers to Hawaii to get him on the ballot through the back door. Recently released papers are finally bringing to light just what Obama was doing in Hawaii while he supposedly was visiting his dying grandmother.

I think you would be impressed by my paintings. I'm not a dummy. I've even built my own airplane and been flying it for years. And no I don't mean the one at factcheck. @PatrickLMT actually the former Gov of Nevada I think it was...the one that went to South Korea several weeks ago...My mind has gone blank on his name..(Richards?)..has stated that Obama was an illegal alien. Once Obama lost his citizenship (whether it was Kenyan or US) when he was living in Indonesia he would have to apply for naturalization citizenship...there are no records that he even did this. Tim Adams also said Obama DOES NOT have a birth certificate in Hawaii.

Since I do a lot of image work and doctoring up of photos and images I thought I'd take a look..just out of curiosity. It didn't take but a matter of seconds to see how bad of a forgery it was. Then I started asking myself...WHY!!! Why would they put a FAKE COLB on the Internet. That's why the word "why" is at the start of this video and at the end. there was no agenda.

Obama's ONLY proof is a picture of a COLB and two newspaper articles and a whole lot of people who have "assumed" he must have been born in Hawaii. @PatrickLMT Just to make sure that I am accurate, I went back and listened again to Granny Sarah. There is no mistaken translation. She never once said Obama was born in Hawaii. She was very clear...when asked where Obama was born she responded...Mombassa!!! Was the translation also mistaken when she said she was there at the hospital when Obama was born? Obama's half brother and half sister has said exactly the same thing..Obama was born in Kenya. So has the ambassador.

If you register a live birth it is automatically picked up and announced in the paper. People who lived next door to the address shown all their lives says NO mixed couple with a black child ever lived in that house. @PatrickLMT I've listened to the telephone conversation with grandmother Sara many times and she twice said that she was there at the hospital in Kenya when Obama was born. She was quite clear about that but her nephew jumped in and kept trying to get her to say...no no no he was born in Hawaii. This is in the court documents presented by Phillip Berg. Nobody is allowed to talk to her anymore. Other officials from Kenya have also stated quite clearly that Obama was born in Kenya.

@PatrickLMT if and when the COLB is introduced as prima facie evidence the plaintiff's experts will be able to examine the document even further and will testify to the fact that it is a forgery. All we have so far is an "image" of the COLB and you can see how easy this "image" can be manipulated. We already know that the "image" itself has been doctored up. The fake birth certificates from Kenya came from Orly Taitz who we consider to be a joke. Berg even has a lawsuit against her.

an investigator for Phillip Berg has talked with several officials in Mombassa, Kenya and was told point blank that records for Ann Dunham show that she gave birth to Barack Hussein Obama III on Aug 4, 1961 at Provencial Hospital. However the records have been profiled and marked top secret and cannot be released. As I said earlier, we would love for the Obama team to enter this COLB into evidence. Not an "image" of this document on the Internet but an actual physical document. let me explain what I think happened and by no means do I try to pass this on as fact...just my analysis after a year of research. Stanley Dunham became pregnant, she married Obama Sr... while pregnant Obama Sr. took her to Kenya to visit his family. while there Stanley went into labor and Obama was born. Also at the time, women who were 8 or 9 months pregnant were not allowed to fly on commericial airlines. So she may have been forced to stay there and have the baby. (cont)

She was only 18. You must understand that Stanley Ann Dunham was a radical and manipulating documents was a way of life for her and her family and friends. Hawaii would issue her a COLB but NOT a birth cert.

Like I said before, ANYBODY can get a COLB and in 1961 Hawaii was changing over from a tribal community to a state and officiating was complete chaos at best. A pilot friend of mine lived there in 61 and she remembers it well. People born all over the world have COLBs from Hawaii.

While papers written back and forth between them discussed the fact that a president would have to be born of two American citizens they didn't make it completely clear when they wrote the declaration. @smokeyriverband one other clear fact is that Barack Obama lost his citizenship whether it had been American or Kenyan when his mother married Lolo Soetoro and moved to Indonesia. His school records clearly show him registered as an Indonesian citizen of islamic faith. Of course his mother and father could have lied to Indonesia about that, however we don't think so. Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship and you were not allowed to attend school unless your were an Indonesian citizen.

@PatrickLMT we've discussed this COLB being introduced into a court of law at our site with several attorneys in our group and these guys are tough on us. The COLB would become part of discovery and would be shown to be a fake very easily. One of many problems with this COLB is that the seal which was NOT on it originally at fight the smears or the daily KOS is NOT an official Hawaiian seal. The seal and the folds ONLY appeared on factcheck and nobody is allowed to view their version.

@PatrickLMT there is a big difference between a "certificate of live birth" and a "certification of live birth". You can request either one from Hawaii but the certification is the short form and not accepted in many situations. That is because a certification merely states that someone reported a live birth. An aunt, uncle, brother, sister....anybody can register a birth and the location. We would LOVE to see this COLB in a court of law. So far nobody is allowed to touch it...wonder why?

There are many things wrong with Obama's COLB that prove beyond a doubt that this "image" he posted was manipulated. Also we've learned so much more since I created this video. Through FOIA we've found that Obama's birth papers were amended...this COLB does not show that. Also NOBODY requested this COLB in 2007.

@PatrickLMT It was explained to me over three years ago by my partner, who is a geneologist, that some people don't seem to understand that a COLB IS NOT a birth certificate. Even Hawaii did not accept a COLB in it's Homestead exemptions. A COLB can be gotten by ANYBODY. I could not get a license in Alabama with a COLB in 1965...it HAD to be a certified Birth Certificate. My son could not play ball without a birth certifcate. Of course Hawaii has now changed their own rules concerning COLBs.

There are no wedding announcements anywhere, no pictures, no nothing. There's nobody coming forward and saying they were there when Obama was born. They can't even figure out which of the two hospitals he was supposedly born at. there are pics of Obama Sr living it up like a bachelor after the birth.

I live in Alabama and until recently I had to have a full birth certificate, a short form COLB wasn't adequate. Also, anybody can get a COLB in Hawaii in 1961 no matter where you were born. Hawaii also will not accept a COLB in certain cases only a birth certificate will do.

A lot of what I know doesn't come from bloggers or people who think they know everything...I get much of my information directly from the court cases filed with the supreme court and the attorneys involved. While there is no real point to this video it does give even more validity to the fact that what Obama posted at the Daily Kos and fight the smears and factcheck is fake. The video you linked to clearly shows two folds in the document and a clear seal. Obama's COLB shows none of this in the original posting. Factcheck shows the folds and a strange seal only AFTER they printed it out and folded it and sealed it.

@clarity023 Everyone saying that Obama is illegible is "assuming". Linda Lingle has not seen his birth certificate. This issue didn't come up until someone questioned him before the election and when he posted this "fake" colb it started a lot of people asking why. I should update this video because tons of new info has come to light. Obama's short form COLB was amended but the one he shows wasn't. Plus we now know why Pelosi had to send different certification papers to Hawaii.

There is no law that says a COLB must be folded. It is possible that the original image on Daily Kos was done on a flatbed scanner. It might also account for why the seal is not visible. The light from a scanner hits the paper dead on and may not necessarily create the shadows needed for the 3D seal to be visible.
I believe the images on factcheck were done with a digital camera.

@arrrogantlyignorant all COLBs are folded and placed in and envelope and mailed...this is the ONLY way it's done. Don't you think we've checked this out and verified it? Also when you do the research on Obama's COLB you'll see telltale signs of the folds and seal that were either "cloned" out or erased in another manner. Go look at it yourself and see if you can find it...I can and so can others. And no, no scanner can almost completely eliminate the folds and seal. Factchance printed the image.

Obama first said he was born at Queens Hospital in Hawaii, his sister and Snopes said the same thing...now he says he was born at Kapi Olani even though no hospital in Hawaii has any records of his mother ever being there. BTW, Snopes originally stated that Barry was born at Queens but had to change that when Obama sent the message to Kapi Olani hospital saying that he was born there. Snopes got their original info from Maya and the DNC...there are no record of Stanley Ann Dunham ever being a patient at Kapi Olani or Queens.

Student residents at both hospitals who looked for the records BEFORE all of this got real serious found nothing. They did however find other records that contradict the sequence of cerificate numbers posted on Obama's COLB.

Hospitals are bound by privacy laws. See also: Health Information Privacy Act.
Also Kapiolani hospital was named after Queen Kapiolani. Perhaps that is where the confusion lies.

The United States Constitution requires that the President of the United States be a natural born citizen. No one can argue that his father was a natural born citizen. So even if Obama was born in Hawaii. He still is not qualified to be POTUS. Article 2 Section 1. •Only native-born U.S. citizens (or those born abroad, but only to parents who were both citizens of the U.S.) may be president of the United States.
