Yeah it was a Badfinger tune. Nilsson was one of the the best singer/songwriters of his time and had an great voice. He wrote hits for others and also had hits with other folks songs. He played several instruments and laid his own harmonies. He was also one of the Beatles favorites. To say Mariah Carey is better (as great as she can be) is just a case of "not getting it". Let's see how Mariah's contributions hold up in 20 year's compared to Mr. Nilsson or Pete Ham for that matter.
