  • Never buying A MAC EVER AGAIN!

  • Hey guys whats the battery version for the 2010 white macbook plastic unibody ?? And if you knw where I could get a cheap replacement it would be appreciated. Ive had horrible luck with my mac, cracked hinges clearly a design fault. faulty turn on button had to replace the body which cost me 200 quid. bottom casing had to be replace another design fault the rechargers head broke and the battery has gone completely to a point where it doesnt work. Ive also had issues with the trackpad!mac:1year

  • My macbook's fan is very hard to remove. The screws is too tight. The fan's making weird sounds so I wanna remove it to see what happened. What should I do?

  • Do you know how much memory you can put on the macbook? Maybe 8gb or just 4 gb?

  • awesome video! thanks for uploading!

  • this is help as i need to replace my bottom case due to a fault with it blowing up under the rubber, apple are sending me the DIY kit.

  • @bluelabs does the macbook work if you take the battery out?

  • @bluelabs where is it that you got the tool to remove the back panel???

  • Personal Opinion: Don't do anything he does its dangerous and you might no you will fuck your MacBook so for your sake don't try to do what he does, but you can do two thing one take of the back panel off so you can clean your computers inside and 2 IF YOU HAVE TOO replace the battery your self you can. Anything else is stupid and retarded...

  • Please don't cut parts of dissasembly.

  • ifeel good about my macbook reading all the previous comments, ive had the new unibody white macbook for a year and not a single problem with it:)

  • So the DVD-ROM is about the same size as the motherboard, eh ?

  • @shigalbigal this is good, small motherboard, the dvd rom dont have another size have? vcd?

  • the bottom grey part of mine get so dirty, and its so annoying. is anyone else having this same problem?

  • @mothagurr same here , dont know how to clean it

but i think theres a product called I KLEAR u can buy it form apple store to clean ur macbook

  • @mothagurr of course but i clean it and it shines !try to clean it with magic eraser the one for the wall but first remove the bottom and then wipe it so no moist remains on it.

  • my harddrive is a hitatchi. 25$ harddrive for a 1000$ computer LOL

  • @pioneerz450 mine too, strange

  • Isn't there a void seal anywhere in the macbook?

  • My MacBook is currently on its second crack. :/

These are starting to be known for cracking along the hinge.

  • @misterrainbowman i noticed a crack on the top left white plastic border on my screen about a month ago, apple got really bitchy about it and just kept tellin me that i must have done it by mistake(basically saying it was my fault), but after a while of arguing with them they fixed it for me. Dont let this happen to you, im sure u expect quality frim a 1000+$ computer as well as i do. they have to fix it, dnt let them bullshit you

  • @xXTaNodel408Xx They gave me a whole case replacement on my Mac.

They replaced the bottom piece from cracking when I emailed, Steve Jobs.

The top case has just started to crack, again. I should've gotten the Pro to not get into this mess, but the white just looks that little bit nicer.

  • @misterrainbowman ummmmm the new one...like the one being disembled in the vid???? cause ive had mine since the first week they came out and no cracks at all, my superdrive is allittle weird though....thats my only problem

  • @iaintalks Yeah. I'm just going to leave it now. Forget about the cracks. It's to much hassle to deal with it. I have no problems on my superdive except for the disc having to be pushed almost all the way in, unless that is normal? It doesn't happen on the older generation MacBook.

  • Would that be possible to replace SuperDrive with second hard drive ? (Primary - SSD, Second - HDD)

  • und bekommst du es auch wieder zusammen geschraubt?^^

  • @seongapple

It depends. The 320GB Toshiba HDD had just worked fine for me, but when I replaced it with a 500GB Samgund HDD it just died after 3 weeks of use :( so I got a new Samsung HDD Again but this time works fine.

BTW, I don't like some music tracks here, but overall is a nice video. I'd love to have this macbook soon.

  • LOL disassembling macbook day and night

  • Day and Night ftw

  • wooooooooooooow

  • can you replace the cpu?

  • Toshiba's HDD sucks.

It's my opinion, but 30% of the time, it fails during partition.

I'd rather replace it with my Samsung SSD which works like a charm.

  • sorry, how did I confuse HDD with SSD... Samsung's HDD works fine too but some HDD units die with no explanation! :)

  • toshiba harddrive?? is that one you put it or what it comes with?

  • @energizer777777

It comes with it. It is a TOSHIBA MK2555GSXF according to System Profiler.

  • Great job, especially handling the hardware. Most people don't even realize what could happen!

  • yep, especially @3:59

  • Watching this on my macbook made it cry lol!
