Rather funny to hear the narator talk about temperatures "down to -20 degrees" like it's extremely cold.. you barely need a woolly jumper at that temperature..

@ANBratlie I'm guessing that you measure temperature in degrees Fahrenheit... the commentator is english (or british... whatever) so hes most likely measuring the temperature in degrees CELSIUS meaning the temperatures hes talking about (from your comment -20 degrees) will most definitely be below freezing

@ANBratlie ah that was gonna be my next guess lol. its still a tough environment for rally cars and drivers who aren't used to those temperatures! I'm guessing Norway is pretty cold(?) so you'd be used to those temperatures, either way not everyone starts to feel the cold at -30 lol =P
