I am not Scooby but still - here is what I think: I would warm up with a short cardio and then I usually do longer cardio and stretching after the weights. Note that I am not chasing after huge muscle mass

Every video i watch seems to present information that is contradictory to the video i watched prior, and frankly, i'm just going to stop looking for advice on Youtube altogether and just eat as healthy as possible and make it a point to spend time up at the gym everyday. Nah, it's not serious, it's natural when you do a hard workout. Make sure to get more protein in your diet for muscle repair. That's how your muscles grow.

Scooby has already posted a video or two about ab workouts, sorry but i'm too lazy to post a direct link. Working on your core doesn't really require any gym equipment at all.
@2ndltn you have no idea, they may slightly and i mean slightly work your abs but push ups are a tricep and chest execise, the core isnt even the primary muscle group its working, if you want to hit your abs use direct ab exercises e.g. sit ups, crunches, leg raises, hanging leg raises , bicycles etc
...and thats how i lost 27kg,just by replacing unhealthy foods by healthy alternatives. And only every once in a while i sin, with moderation. But my daily wrong nutrition habits that i had before... No, i do not miss it.
And when i have time,i also do workouts. All this together made me a healthier person, and i love it. And from all the information on the internet and movies i saw on youtube, Scooby gave me the best inspiration.

not like i would know anything, but i seriously doubt that. maybe certain brands might if they have a bunch of other crap, but whey protein is just a source of protein. so unless they mention specific brands that have extra stuff in it, i would assume most proteins are safe, at least all natural ones

Thanks Scooby! I'm now realizing, being in my mid 20's, that even though I've always been thin, body fat accumulates around muscles and hides all of that muscle tone that I work so hard for. It's not so much about losing weight as it is just getting rid of unwanted fat. One can have the greatest six-pack in the world, but if it's hidden by a beer-belly no one would ever know. I've always been a thin guy with a medical condition known as a Congeital Heart Defect, basically I've go pieces missing from the heart and metal pieces to replace them, etc.
Now, I cannot exercise, but there is not a word as Cannot, right? Ok, I can't walk 10-20 paces without becoming blue in the face and gagging for oxygen. I'm 28 and want to pull on muscle, not fat, on my body.

Half right. You are not suppose to eat, for example a cheeseburger, at any time because it's loaded with artificial flavors and much fat. When the body gets to much artificial stuff in the food, it gets harder to get rid of the shit, so it converts the extra calories and the artificial substance into bodyfat. So I say it's unhealty because the body do not need the extra fat, it will only make you more vurnable to diseases.

Scooby has already posted a video or two about ab workouts, sorry but i'm too lazy to post a direct link. Working on your core doesn't really require any gym equipment at all.

@2ndltn you have no idea, they may slightly and i mean slightly work your abs but push ups are a tricep and chest execise, the core isnt even the primary muscle group its working, if you want to hit your abs use direct ab exercises e.g. sit ups, crunches, leg raises, hanging leg raises , bicycles etc

...and thats how i lost 27kg,just by replacing unhealthy foods by healthy alternatives. And only every once in a while i sin, with moderation. But my daily wrong nutrition habits that i had before... No, i do not miss it.
And when i have time,i also do workouts. All this together made me a healthier person, and i love it. And from all the information on the internet and movies i saw on youtube, Scooby gave me the best inspiration.
Oh btw, all that scooter traffic, that was sick!! U were there?

Scoob - Thanks for your vids! It's so straight forward. I really appreciate what you do. I started your bicep/tricep work out at the gym once a week for the last several months. I do five sets of the six exercises and have gained enormously. I ignore the guys throwing the weights around and just concentrate on slow, good form. It's made such a difference! Tim

I thought I might add to your post -- I used his dieting tips, and now i can finally see my 6 pack. It's crazy how you can lose weight by eating more often in smaller, sensible portions with good high-fiber foods.

scooby, can you please do a review on whey powder and things like it? A lot of experts say that whey powder/ protein powder causes brain damage or somethings like that? I thought it had no side effects but as I do more research on it sounds like it does more negative things than positive. k, Thanks !

not like i would know anything, but i seriously doubt that. maybe certain brands might if they have a bunch of other crap, but whey protein is just a source of protein. so unless they mention specific brands that have extra stuff in it, i would assume most proteins are safe, at least all natural ones

Scooby u are the man I have tried to work out foe the past 5 years and after watching ur vedios I have been constant five days a week for 7 mounthes now and have packed on 15 lb's increased my chest 3" each arm 1 3/4 I feel great and am much more confident I'm only 5'9 and went from 145 lb's to 160 lb's. Thanks Scooby! I'm now realizing, being in my mid 20's, that even though I've always been thin, body fat accumulates around muscles and hides all of that muscle tone that I work so hard for. It's not so much about losing weight as it is just getting rid of unwanted fat. One can have the greatest six-pack in the world, but if it's hidden by a beer-belly no one would ever know. Thanks for the inspiration Scooby and keep up the good fitness!

ok so when i lift weights for about 30 minutes i start sweating and its not that much but fine to me and im just wondering cuz whenever im done at the end of my sets i feel thirsty and i wanna drink water ... should i drink a lot of water or eat grilled chicken or boiled fish :D is it normal to feel thirsty when working out? i stop working out after my muscles get sore and cant lift anymore :D

You do feel better and after a little while you start to not even think about eating unhealthy foods. also, ive been working out at the gym for a while and i find myself craving that feeling right after you lift, soo listen to scoob, he knows what hes talkin about

Can I ask for help here?
I've always been a thin guy with a medical condition known as a Congeital Heart Defect, basically I've go pieces missing from the heart and metal pieces to replace them, etc.
Now, I cannot exercise, but there is not a word as Cannot, right? Ok, I can't walk 10-20 paces without becoming blue in the face and gagging for oxygen. I'm 28 and want to pull on muscle, not fat, on my body.
If you any exercise suggestions I'm listening to them, because I'm flat out of ideas.

Half right. You are not suppose to eat, for example a cheeseburger, at any time because it's loaded with artificial flavors and much fat. When the body gets to much artificial stuff in the food, it gets harder to get rid of the shit, so it converts the extra calories and the artificial substance into bodyfat. So I say it's unhealty because the body do not need the extra fat, it will only make you more vurnable to diseases.
