  • annoyingly they added robin to the batman animated series and changed the intro. the original intro didn't even feature a title, it was so epic that u knew it was batman. and robin wasn't even in the first season. the company after halfway through season 2 said to dc we want robin in all of them from now on as they believed kids wouldn't watch it otherwise. how wrong they were.....batman all the way, fuck the boy blunder

  • Never gets old

  • @22chiwi Never too old for cartoons either.

  • If I had a dollar for every pixel in this video, I'd have one dollar

  • @corvettecrazy262 you're moron, the quality wasn't that bad. let's see you upload part of a series from the mid 90's in better quality.

  • 0:37

    oh my BALLS

  • This show was so good :D

  • I remember this opening but the song was'nt like that I think

  • @Slamzalid i think you're thinking of the Batman Animated Series intro

  • Did Robin just punch the assassin in the gonads?

  • Cuál temporada es esta?

  • fox kids was the best

  • I liked robin better, I thought he was cool and had cool hair ._.

  • When I think of Batman, I think of this Batman. I used to be obsessed.

  • Richardworthtucker

    Second chances

  • Which episode was that from 0:16 to 0:17?

  • Ah...the memories

  • the intro was better when robin wasn't in it.

  • What episode was the clip when Bayman turned around and Robin ran?

  • @richardworthtucker I know about Batman but whos this Bayman you speak of lol

  • @craig260691 By night he fights crime, by day he ruins great franchises like Transformers...

  • Best-Robin-Ever!

  • If just someone would upload this .

I would give him a cookie.

It would be a very good cookie !

  • 0:36

    Robin yells; BANGKOK!

  • this was the peak of the series imo. Grayson Robin freakin owned. Sometimes I liked him more than batman, and he certainly seemed to be batman's physical match if not his mental one.

  • Two people that disliked this are the joker and penguin

  • dick grayson as Robin...old good time xD

  • What episode was the clip with catwoman flipping down?

  • @richardworthtucker It was from the episode 'Catwalk' - most of these clips are from episodes in the last season of this incarnation of Batman TAS and Catwalk was one of them.

  • Two words. KEVIN FUCKING CONROY

  • @shadowsmaster194 wait a sec.. ahh fuck it, it's KEVIN FUCKING CONROY, I'll let it pass :)

  • 0:37 Did robin hit him on the balls

  • @kyuubi908 Dick hit him in the...well, you see where I'm going with this. >_>

  • this show's highlight was the fact that Robin actually wore appropriate clothes

  • @RyouuichiKun15 Indeed. Glad they didn't have Robin running around in green undies.

  • The animation and music was top quality, i love the 20s art deco style to the city and the dark feel.

    Fantasic!

  • i loved this

  • I am collecting this show on dvd!

  • i love it that they got the cast from TAS back together for Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, made them feel like they were a no holds bar episode from this show

  • @minigun20 except not really, because all of their parts had to be recorded separately and they've stated many times how stressful/ much harder it is to do that than simply have the other actor there in the room to feed off of

  • Which episodes were those from 0:16 to 0:22?

  • @richardworthtucker the clip with penguin, joker, and twoface if from "batgirl returns"

  • Does anybody remember an episode where batman had a clone....and he fought his clone that looked exactly identical...I've been searching like mad for that episode =(

  • @Gbormacar heart of steel part 2

  • ahhhhhhhhhh the memories

  • Which episode was that from 0:11 to 0:15?

  • @richardworthtucker It's from the episode 'Catwalk'.

  • Anyone know where I can watch "The adventures of Batman and Robin" episodes? I can't find them anywhere!

  • I saw a bit of the old Spiderman Unlimited show yesterday, then a bit of the Fantasic 4 series. This is a week or two after I finished watching Batman: TAS, so I had a really good view of the quality differences between all three series.

Batman: TAS was top-notch, highest-quality stuff, Warner Bros apparently funded the hell out of it. Spiderman Unlimited was definitely aimed at kids, had an 80s comic art style to it. Fantastic 4 was just garbage. :<

Seriously, Batman: TAS is soooooooo good.

  • No matter what they say, this will always be the Best Batman series EVEEEER!!! (Forget Batman Beyond and all the other stuff)

  • @carluster the batman was kinda good to you know the 2006 version

  • I miss the 90's

  • Epic.

  • was this part of BTAS

  • After this show appeared Batman of the Future, that was a good show too, but later a cartoonic The Batman and now this Batman Brave and Bold, but it's no good, its just a parody of old style cartoon. I hope after that show something new and better will appear like cartoon in same style like Batman: Under the Red Hood. I'd like to see cool villains like Hush in action.

  • so so good. beautiful

  • I rembember watching this and crying because on of the villans, Mr. Snoots got PUSHED BY BATMAN under a train!

  • Timeless

  • 0:31 Man-Bat was awesome.

  • This beats Batman the Brave and the Bold ANY TIME!!

I want the 90s undubbed cartoons again...

  • EVERYONE LISTEN , DON"T TRUST THIS MORON ..this ASSHOLE ogpimpkin699 is posing as a girl ..the account name is geniliva67 ..fucking account appeared 1 fucking week ago ..its him ..the asshole is so fucking annoying , I recognize his damn spamming shit right away..I'll post this on my channel and PM..AVOID SERIOUSLY.!!!

  • YOU'VE BEEN HACKED!!!

  • My childhood has returned

  • I love hoe that song literally fits any clipfest.

  • sweet show, when batman cartoons were good lol

  • 0:36 Robin punched a ninja in the balls! He totally "Johnny Cage"d him!

  • Is that the Robin who left and became Nightwing, or the one who died gruesomly?

  • @griefer It is the one who became Nightwing.

  • @griefer Jason Todd was the one who dies "gruesomely". But, thank god, he was never in Batman TAS.

  • 0:36 Robin punches Spiderman

  • your saturady mornings wil never be this awesome again

  • nah, the original is more epic

  • 0:36 did he just slammed that guy in the gonads XD?

  • @michelrpg LOOOOOOOL that is jokes good spot

  • Is it bad that I just realized that Batman and Joker's initials become BJ?

  • @ bikerviker they still sell DVDs in some places, there's eBay, and they have the whole series on iTunes.

  • words cannot describe how i feel right now. Im so glad i was born in the 90s. I still think robbin has too much face time in this. less of that please.

  • i watched this all the time when I was a kid. The 90s had the best tv shows

  • do u know where I can find episodes to this show?

  • An orgasm in your ears!!

  • i just flashed the bat signal, he should arrive shortly

  • Is there a longer version of this song?.

  • how old was robin in this series?

  • @MrJperez1083

    Dick was in college

  • @TheRobin53 ha his name was dick, epic!!!! thanks man

  • @MrJperez1083 Robin aka Dick Grayson was 18 years old. Shortly afterwards he was too old to be Robin and tired of being in Batman's shadow and became Nightwing.

  • 0:38 PWND!!!!

  • Best Robin ever.... good batman too.

  • @kerevon agreed!

  • I miss this show

  • Greatest show of my childhood

  • What a show. I don't think there will ever be a superhero show like this ever again. These episodes were almost movie quality

  • @uthetube09 100% agree with you!

  • @uthetube09 Totally agree man! :)

  • Robin's too easy to spot up on that building top :)

  • Robin was such a badass in this show...the animated series (and Teen Titans) were the only times he was portrayed the right way.

  • this was a continue of the animated series

  • i like this intro better then any of them

  • TNBA wasn't BTAS season 4, it was a whole other show. BTAS was comprised of 4 seasons aired from 1992-1995, and TNBA was comprised of 2 seasons aired from 1997-1999. People make the mistake of thinking the DVDs were released as season sets, but they were actually released as volumes.

  • @fka322

Dude... TNBA was the same continuity as BTAS. The art style may have been revamped, but it certainly wasn't a whole other show. TNBA takes place 3 years after BTAS, and simply was a continuation.

...Also, there were actually 3 seperate names for the show. It started in 92 as Batman The Animated Series, then it was renamed to The Adventures of Batman & Robin, and then The New Batman Adventures.

  • It was a whole other show in the same sense that Archie Bunker's Place was a whole other show then All in the Family, Boston Legal was a different show then The Practice, Star Trek: TNG is different then the original and so on. Those shows are in the same continuity but are considered different shows.

  • TNBA began production a few years after the production of BTAS ended, it aired on a different network, characters were redesigned, some voices were recast, and there was a little more focus on Batman's supporting cast compared to the more Batman-centric approach of the original series. Most importantly, the show was not called Batman: The Animated Series, it was The New Batman Adventures. I'm not trying to knock the TNBA, but they are not the same show.

  • Classic!

  • 0:32

Perfect example of why the animation in this show was TOP-NOTCH!

I love the continuation series, and Superman TAS.

But why did they have to simplify the animation style!?

The New Batman Adventures, Superman and Justice League would have been so much better if they had this level of animation quality!

  • well besides the fact that the level of action of those shows was about 5 times as much and that much effort into each episode would be a pain in the dick for not enough pay...wait....that's totally the reason.

  • actually i know the reason. i was asking a rhetorical question.

and the actual reason, was budget constraints.

the animation at the time was too costly.

  • Ah, well...damn the net for hindering my ability to recognize rhetorical question

  • its all good.

    and yes.

    damn the net!

  • Man I've no problem with Robin being in more episodes and the episodes themselves are still good but they completely fucked up the integrity of the show by renaming it and changing the intro just to make it more kid friendly..

  • I've seriously watched every episode of Batman: TAS and I've never seen :50 before

  • Well it's from the episode 'Second Chance', which was one of the last ones. The animation in it was really smooth.

  • you are the worst creation known to mankind. lol

  • robin is awsome. Dick grayson is awsome. He is a mini-batman. So he is awsome. More recent he is the actual batman

  • this is my favorite intro

  • this is at the beginning of the mr. freeze video tape

  • I hates Robin XD.

  • I watched my VHS collection of this series, and it had the BTAS Theme song..strange. But I just loved this series-Batman, Nightwing, Robin, and BatGirl all in one.

  • the tv series your refering to is "The New Advertures of Batman"

and this video above is from BTAS.

TNBA is retarded, but i see why you like it i mean nightwing is bamf

  • TAS and TNBA are technically the same thing.

  • Tehcnically,

but BTAS ended in 1995, and then TNBA just restarted the show, but with worse animated, different costumes.

The Adventures of Batman and robin, And Batman The Animated Series are identical, cause they are the same show, just a new into, as the episodes carried on

i just dont care that much for TNBA

but you know your shit, so i respect you

  • If you don't like TNBA (which is technically Season 4 of BTAS) then I guess you don't like Superman: TAS (aka TNSA), Batman Beyond, Justice League, or Justice League Unlimited either because they all do have the same animated style, except they actually did update a little bit of the design again on JL/JLU though. What a bummer because they are rated as the best animated series ever and they are the best comic book adaptation shows ever too. You are just missing out but it's your loss though.

  • BTAS Season 4 (aka TNBA) design was changed because so it could match Superman: TAS style that is why they changed/revamped it. Some changes I wished they shouldn't done like changing the appearance of Batman, Batgirl, Joker, Catwoman, Poison Ivy, Riddler, Mr. Freeze, and Mad Hatter. However they made Bane and Scarecrow look more badass though. Their old looks were ridiculous and ugly in my opinion.

  • Honestly I hated TNBA in my opinion it made the show more juvenile and made batman more vulnerable having him rely on a bunch of kids (Robin and Batgirl) for the most part of that season. The original BTAS had Robin appear every now and then and even so he was in college not some little child. I like Batman better solo though so that may explain it.

  • I heard they switched animation styles in Supeman TAS, due to a smaller budget, and wanted to toy with a new look.

I love Superman, and BTAS s4.

I just wish they could have kept this level of animation. So much better.

AND JL/JLU, the writing was great. But the blocky bulky animation got even worse.

  • This is better than the orginal, I think. Thanks for uploading this ;)

  • your welcome

  • @cubix67 DIE BITCH

  • @HeartArtifact you're insane, original is much better this is just footage from the actual show, where as the original was just epic words cannot explain the excitement i felt when i saw it for the first time.

  • @hyastu I'm not insane. I had a few old Batman animation videos when I was little kid, and this intro was at the beginning of them. That's why I found this a way better than the original. Nothing to do with insanity, just an opinion question.

  • I agree!

    Shows more action!

Wish they did this animation again in 2000s!

    New animation is kinda lame!

  • WTF?! WRONG!

  • not as good as the TAS version but still very good!

  • It is the TAS version, dude. It's the second open introduction of BTAS.

  • I had some VHS tapes of The Adventures of Batman and Robin (technically BTAS) and this opening was showcased on them. It's a shame that they're not on the DVD's. Thanks for the upload, I always found this opening better than the alternate version :)

  • well, i like the original better...way better!

  • I love the original BTAS opening btw - what I meant was that there's an alternate version of 'The Adventures of Batman and Robin' with a different theme that was used on the last batch of BTAS episodes.
