  • @djqualityvictoria It came out in 1992, I was 16 and doing acid. Fucking good times

  • @Sitopia too right pal i was the same age and the music back then was ace a very good chapter in my life

  • i was young enough to love this music and i still do and still go to events even today OLD SKOOL RAVERS UNITE!!!!!!!!

  • it was all about the pills and music in the 90's!! now its just coke and beer it seems to breed arrogant twats.

  • @GoRY69R cocaine, alcohol, arrogance,"look who´s dirtier" attitude,posers...is what dominates the scene today. There is something that I miss,,, the vibe, love, hope, peace, heaven? rebellious attitude without trying to be rebellious, something natural,a new feeling... I dont know how 2 say it ,now Im trying to find words but impossible . It doesn´t mean that there´s no good music anymore. I know you understand me.

  • @GoRY69R agreed!

  • @GoRY69R It's called the breakdown of society, hedonism, extreme self-indulgence, a complete lack of values and lack of respect for others. What went on in the 90's was exactly the same thing-take things to the extreme, revel in excess. Result? The "FUCK YOU!" I'm alright Jack society.

  • @GoRY69R i agree, take me back to 88-94

  • Top tune takes me back to the old days

  • my first "techno" compilitaon here in Germany was Tekkno Boy that tune was one of the Tracks !

    MASSIV

  • this should be re-named a trip to jumpton!!

  • That wasnt 96

  • @colasin more like 91 or 92 if i remember correctly...:)

  • I grew up on this music in the 80s and 90s... Out of 500 students there were only me and my bud who'd listen to techno... I love underground non-commercial techno! Wouhooo! I still have most of my old tape compilation albums (Chris Sheppard, and such) .....and, yes, I'm actually raving in my house right now! lol!

  • spent many nights dancing like a nutter to this on many substances.

  • talk about an over the top recommendation at the end :D

  • Sorted!

  • 6 people don't have Trumpton in their satnav :(

  • da best tape i ver had.............

  • Happy days shame i was to young to be part of it just! No aggro no nothing then the gov ban raves and then the raves went commercial letting all divvys ruin and all that remains now are the rubble of a mess that was once a great thing back in the fields.

  • this is wot we did .. luv it or leave it... just don't 4get we did it 1st!

and yea you would know because?

  • @kingofthedammed ...because I have a very wide music span and I listen instead of judging and obviously your a fetus asbo who has not got a clue..... also going on to your channel you seem like a bit of an aggressor and a loser........

  • fucking ace choon!

Raves were the making of us back in the day!

learning how to dodge the fuzz!

    oh happy days!

  • Learn it?!? I lived it! :)

Early 90s had an influx of rave choons hitting the charts. The Prodge were an awesome band but they were a major factor in rave becoming more mainstream.

Still better than the plastic raver crap that gets churned out by some.

  • @ bry1888 Its the fire station team & names were= Hue, pew, Barney Mcgrew, Cuthbert, dibble n Grub, Also check out' Half Man Half Biscuit' Trumpton Riots and 'I get High when Im the Driver of a Train speeding into Trumpton with a cargo of Cocain.......'

  • YES born in 94 same, just wish was born before

  • @Vixipie2005 Ye same. I was born in 1994 too. I agree, this sort of music is the best =)

  • @Vixipie2005 i agree but i was born in '96

  • OLDSKOOL FOREVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @ARCEYE78 WORD BRO!

  • If you type urban hype- i feel the heat you get the proper version of this. WAAAAAAY better no stupid trumpton samples on it.

  • So much reminds me of the Octamed days, trying to rip samples from anywhere possible and merge them with beats. Made some good stuff, god knows where it is, probably sat upstairs in the loft on 3 1/2" disk!

  • nice, the version without the sample at the breakdown, so much more powerful like that!

  • I found this in the attic whilst clearing out yesterday....AAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHH FUCKING BRILLIANT..KICKS THE ARSE OFF OF THE SHITE YOU GET NOWADAYS

  • Hugh blew Barney Magrew tried to swallow then coughed!!! love the mitsubishisi's

  • born in 87, started listening to pirates aged 4 in 91 caught the wave of these hardcore tunes and carried this love for it into my 20s (present day) you cant beat a bit of old skool hardcore with some tv show samples thrown in for good measure ;)

  • @sparkidee

I was also born in 1987. Much rather this stuff tan today's so called 'Hardcore'

  • This was awesome. And the piano section was stunning. Kiddy classic, and yet still a monster of a track!

  • In the 70's they had disco, in the 80s we had breakin, in the 90s we had the rave scene - now we have fucking justin beiber.

  • @webbusinesskit yeah justin bieber what a twat you checked out his free style on westwood show what a gimp the fuck couldnt even string a rhyme together xD

  • @webbusinesskit totaly agree

  • @webbusinesskit Justin Beiber will die soon

  • 1:24 .love the start of that

  • 0:03 that fucking scary head!!

  • It started with Electro in the early 1980s...Then as things progressed House, Techno and Acid came along...It is now evident that as the drugs scene took hold Rave was born and this is where things started going a little crazy...Aftet this period Dance Music went in different directions with different Music genres where born...Great clip with everyone "Hands In The Air" It shows that they where all plugged in and feeling it...

  • dude i was 16 in early 95!!!! and this track was only 3 years old and i went out to nightclubs when u could still get in with out the bouncer giving u bollox about trainers and jeans!!! this track was still kicking about!!! This is the best hardhouse breakbeat track i know!!!! And im 30 now bring it on!!!!

  • I cant believe nobody noticed that the lad at the end with pig tails was Jason Orange form Take That....Pmsl:)

  • he was in my year at skool! in Aus now i think.

  • he was in my year at skool! in Aus now i think.

  • It was considered a bit of a commercial sell out back in the day, but I have to say that it is, without doubt an absolute belter! Love it, sometimes you just have to go for a bit of cheese!

  • 2.52 my guess is that guys handin out the e's,fk i tell ye wat i wouldnt give2get my hands on some early 90s calibre e,not the muck kids r gettin hit with2day

  • hugh pugh barly mcgrew cuthbert dibble grub

  • ..all because of Charly!...that started all the kids theme rave songs in 92

  • o sweet jaysus i just gasped wen i saw this forgot all bout it

  • I used to get the piss taken for liken this track, but it kicks off at one point with a mad bass line. This over Sesame Treat anytime!

Two of the first naughty tracks.

  • OMG! I was shocked when I stumbled across this! This is a tune my parents use to play when I was young! Good stuff. :)

  • Was on the Rave '92 album ... which was awesome.

  • Used to be such a great scene didn't it...until the corporates got hold of it and turned it into an entertainment package. Look at it now -- crap music, costs a fortune to go to a venue and the drugs controlled by gangsters. That's never what it was about.

    Fuck 'em!

  • nice rhubarb and custard

  • Classic rave tune best in a field off your head

  • i fucking loooove this.

i do like some bassline and speed garage now but this is the shit that gives me mad rushes like old pill days, of which i was never part...well not properly anyway...but i had some wicked times in the uk off my head on pills and raving to old skool tunes at home and new skool shit they began to have in clubs.

big up the uk. thanks for doing this like no one else can.

  • yeh, this came out in 92 ish

  • Not 96 91.

  • But a good memory of raving.

People don't get why I think raving is shit now. It was all about the music and the vibes not just getting wasted and going on the pull.

    Theres no atmosphere now.

  • It did get released, I remember it getting rinsed on Kiss FM (long before they sold out when Gordon Mac sold it).

And I had it on 7".

  • @LippyProductions well done young man. pendulum are a bucket load of wanky shit fuck.

  • @LippyProductions exactly the same here... i know what you mean!

  • @LippyProductions 1992 was THE year for dance music/illegal raves, it hit a high this year. a big wrap of whizz on a Friday would keep ya goin till Sunday night. This song is really a piss take along with the Smart E's Sesame street. Probably the end of the era by this time. I loved those days. I live in retirement home these days and spend my time dribbling and shitting my nappy ...HA HA

  • @LippyProductions Go back to '92 an dProdigy did the same to 'Ardkore

  • @TheMRO101 no no no!........learn your history..........prodigy and altern 8 made two of the best dance albums ever released in history......also the experience covered 3 years of releases from 91-93.......when have the Prodigy ever released a shit album? also there is always alot of publicity when their albums are released as well.......shame on you...lol.....
