  • Awesome! Thank you!

  • 1:24 just to save you the trouble

  • wishing i was that trampoline

  • @georgehunt1011 She is pretty fit let's face it

  • @FionaWest like in the video, I staty off slow and do quick intervals during the 30m workout. It's a cardio workout that's a prelude to my 30m heavy low rep. weight training.

  • Thank you for this video, I'm ashamed to say that I've had my trampoline for over 5 years and this is the first time I really felt the work out on it. Again Thank you

  • She can bounce on me whenever she wants to.

  • How many inches is the mini trampoline you are using? What brand is it?

  • cool love the new ideas!!I have one in my home and use it all the time!!

  • I will add that if you are a beginner, use a trampoline with an attached handle. You'll be able to do more aggressive moves without falling off.

    Nice video Liz.

  • I was a little critical about just how effective a mini trampoline would be on my 6'1" 240 pound frame. But now I'm a believer. In combination with boxing I've lost 32 pounds in under 3 months and have 17% body fat.

I jump just 30 minutes a day, everyday. Low impact saves the knees.

  • @m11811one Hi, I was wondering if you just did simple bounces, like she does in the beginning of this video, or did you do some other complicated moves? I just bought one of these and am wondering if just simple bouncing will work. Thanks!

  • Great ideas, and simple. Thanks!
