Man I miss the days of good music and when people still were cool or at least respectful of each other. When I hear this cut it takes me back to the late 80's/ early 90's when times were still fun, I was still a teenager but the music, mood, and the vibe of the people was still good. I do not care for what the music has become, it lacks talent, feeling, and realness. The Tony's like groups of their day were and always be true gems!
Brilliant jam from one my favorite RnB groups. Amazing how music can create memories. I remember the first time hearing it too. Those were truly the days !!! Thanks 3T.
Do you remember when we had a falling out......True 3T fans know this unsung jam! The album was the bomb after Who and 3T just clowned from the beginning to the end of this album! Those Were the Days! Castleers! Some will get it, some will say huh! Peace to you all!
Thanks for sharing this song. I smiled listening to it because I remember the first time hearing it. I was driving from Junction City, Kansas to Denver, Colorado and I played this joint over and over.
I feel you. I drove from Ft. Stewart, Ga to San Antonio, TX and back in my brand new 740 Volvo(93') with this cassette tape. The album was three years old then. I still have the original tape, cover and all... I actually got into an argument with my wife about keeping the tape separate from the cover(LOL)!!!!
I get chills ever time I hear this track...
The synth swell at the beginning does it every time...
Me? On vacation from Work in Atlanta...going down I-20 East with the T-Tops off with my Lady headed to Hilton Head for an extended weekend, Listening to this CD...Good Cruising song!
The one on the far left is Carl Wheeler who plays the keyboards. The one wearing the hat is Antron Haile who also plays the keyboards. And standing beside him is Elijah Baker who plays bass. This pic is like 20 yrs old!!
