Especially considering the 2.13 open rear, yes. (the engine was about to blow, too, I am keeping it around to rebuild it and put it in something else.)
i don't get why so many people put in like 3.73's and 4;10's in their V8's. i mean V8's are power monsters, even with 2.13's your still spinning the wheels! why do it with big gear ratios? your just losing top speed, and unecessary wheel spin and torque. can you go lower than a 2.13 rear end?
