Where do you get that from man? No they're not. Kettlebells are extremely elevated. The handle is above the centre of mass. Kettlebells are awesome tools, but they can tip. No dumbell is gonna tip on you Bader.
well I just fine the KB since i have been using it for a while, much more efficient, may not be the safest..but everyone has his/her own idividual goals and tools to achieve strengths or endurance gains. I just may tend to rely on the KB more whilst you may rely on the DB more...and so forth.
finally someone doing this exercise half fucking right, every other slacker is skipping the push up

KB are much more stable, and safer than dbs or powerblocks.
