Yeah, Harry was somthin'. I played baritone saxophone in 2 of Harry's bands, the Nightcrawlers, and the Hurricanes. Harry was a serious musician, and it takes a lot for me to say that about anyone! We rehearsed..... he worked you! But Harry was a one in a million individual, the guy really was a prince. Down to earth...the guy wore his heart on his sleeve. So you didn't have to put on any airs with Harry. I really value my time with Harry, I think about him every day, and I miss him dearly.

Hey man. I was a student and friend of Harry's too. This is so great. Thanks for posting. I too miss him dearly and think about him all the time. Harry told the best rock and roll stories ... lol.

Harry was a not only a great blues guitarist, but also a great pedal steel and blues harmonica player.

I do have some more stuff I can post. Harry's good friend from Texas, George, was kind enough to send this footage to me. However, I have moved a couple of times in the last few months and the DVD's are currently in storage. However, as soon as I am able, I will post more.

Harry was a great guy. I'm sure we could share some stories. Glad you enjoyed watching.

@seaside882000 George Rains? Wow. Great drummer. Harry gave me a copy of a video of him and his power trio from a gig in Deleware. I'll have to convert over to dvd and then upload it.

You know, if you get Doug Sahm, Live in Austin, Harry was with Doug's band back then. A few of those songs from that gig are also posted on youtube.
