Rouge Department with taxpayer/park funds. EBRP Police, park police with a SWAT team. The SWAT team is needed to heard dangerous cows away from the public. Consider this the next time you pay to get into an EBRP. Park outside and walk in.They also have a helicopter with a camera capable of looking right in your window. The Eagle the name is almost a laugh, slowly flying around at low altitudes and their not flying over the park, guess. Consider yourself lucky BPD could have dispatched Bart.
