This is not first incident that highlights the character of this person. Couple of months ago, this person even slapped at women members of the karchi city council. why he is mentioning the per day expenses of ICU? Has thsi person financed the construction of ICU from his own pocket money? if not than he does not have any right to humilate innocent and poor people of the country in public.
He did give her a change to explain her point calmly, she wouldn't stop squealing, many people hate that kind of squealing regardless of what it is about. Perhaps she thought she could manipulate him because of all the media.
But still he should not have lost his temper like that.
The language he used could have been much more decent specially when talking to an upset woman. As someone rightly mentioned that he is a public servant and this is tax payers' money but in Pakistan there is no such concept. This is really disappointing.

The women was panic and was in highly emotional state because her father was in ICU and the problem was that instead of giving importance to treatment of patients the doctors were rather involved in inaguration ceremony thing and giving protocol to NAZIM, thats what women was complaining.

No doubt, she was tensed bcoz of her father but if she ask politely then his reaction would be so polite & simple.
She was not ready to listen him, thats why he cry angirly to make her realized & understand this situation...Importantly, have anyone saw that he was behaving like she is a member of his own family...Think about it.

Although it's a little disappointing for me as well, but I fully agree with you, it's a common human reaction in this type of situation, If any thing happen just at once. My deepest sympathy is with the woman but she should also realise what he is doing for the people and how? People blaming him for infrastructure taxes, giving him name KUDAAL. He even has no time to completely get rest and get some sleep. His reaction was really a common human reaction, although he shouldn't do that.

He thinks her father is still alive coz he setup the hi-fi tech in a govt hopsital which saved the patient's life, But we all know life & death is in the hand of Allah not anybody else. he did give her a chance to talk to him and he told her to calm down but she kept going on and on and wont even listen to him so finally he had to get bit rude and also if you look towards the end the guy who was comforting her even he said "ke sahi kah rahe hain" I dont really think he acted inappropiately at all

few nice words after creating such a scene? and the fact is they were inaugurating more ICUs for ppl like us (and her) and then again I still dont get it...what did she want? her father is in ICU (Allah shehat bakshey) and paying bills should be the last thing on her mind and thats what he is trying to do....
